Very disappointed. The arrangement we got did not match the picture of what we ordered, lots of the wrong flowers and filler. When we asked for a refund she would not give it. It was a jumbled mess and was not beautiful. Wouldnt order here again. **Edit** After I made my review she called and complained about the one star. Then although she wouldnt refund my money she agreed to replace the flowers. Even though they still werent like the picture, they were closer. I still wont order here again. ***Also the fact that it was ordered through a third party site is NOT the reason it looked like crap.***

Im a regular customer. Jeannes arrangements are artistic and beautiful. She includes old favorites and unique different flowers, greens and other touches. Her arrangement which included my husbands French Horn was Fabulous.
