Charged $75 to unlock vehicle. $45 was actual act of unlocking, which took less than 5 min. Added $3/mile to travel to vehicle. That must be some extremely expensive gas they run in their trucks. When I talked to the manager about what seemed like an unusually expensive unlocking, he was quite hostile. Apparently if youre in trouble, theyll be glad to help, and then be glad to bend you over a barrel. $75 for a 5 minute job comes out to $900/hr. Lawyers dont even charge that much. Absolutely shameful.

The people that drive their trucks drive like idiots. Flying 55 in a 40 down Dixon road. Idiot almost hit a few cars driving like that. And its raining out. Will never use this company for anything.
