Highly disappointed!!! Ordered flowers today for my Grand Daughter and after receiving them she text me a picture of them to me.. Needless to say they were NOT what I was expecting. For 80.00 I was expecting a NICE BIG bouquet. What we received was a very SMALL vase with 10 flowers in it. I understand 15.00 was the delivery fee so the flowers were really ONLY 65.00.. I order flowers a LOT and ive never been so let down. After talking to the Manager she said between the flowers and labor that was a fair price!! I sent her a picture of what we received and she agreed to a partial refund. Ill wait and see what kind of refund I receive on my credit card statement. Looks like VS Flowers in Saugatuck is still the BEST place to get my flowers..

I cant say enough good things about my wedding flowers. We are from out of the area so I had to describe what I wanted over the phone. I was so nervous to see them the day of the wedding because I was afraid they werent going to be what I wanted since I didnt pick out of a catalog or anything. To my surprise them were exactly what I wanted. My favorite was my flower crown! I didnt want to take it off! It was so amazing! I highly recommended this place!

My mother stated that she has never received such Fresh, Beautiful Roses. And to the Lovely women I spoke with Thank you.

Terrible service paid 140.00$ for flowers and then they double charged me and claim that it didnt happen I will never do business here and I hope this is a fair warning for anyone debating to get flowers from here... DONT DO IT
