If you want to be offended/ rubbed the wrong way just call Flowers by Design Zeeland Floral & Lincoln Village. I located their website on line picked out an arrangement then called to see if they had the flowers on hand to make the arrangement they are advertising. I order flowers from all over the country as a part of my job duties for the franchise headquarters I work from. I deal with hundreds of florists yearly.From the first moment I begin having a conversation with the woman that answered the phone at Flowers by Design it was apparent that I was bothering her with my call but I still decided to proceed with my order she became increasingly irriatated with the slightest question or answer I provided. Here are a few questions I asked - I am looking at your website do you have the flowers in stock to make your Sunny Pumpkin etc arrangement? Her response - Well what flowers are in it (instead of looking at her reference guide). My reply - sunflowers, lilies and I am not quite sure what the other flowers are. Her response with much attitude- Well I have thousands of flowers so I guess Ill have to look it up. My response- thank you. Next question she asked what card message I wanted. I replied sympathy and began giving her the message. She interrupted once again with shortness. At that point I was challenged to continue the sale but decided I just wanted to get these flowers to the family that lost their father. I had just finished giving her my credit card number asked her to hold for a moment she replied with a heavy sigh. I began explaining that I would be maybe 5 secs and she rambled on very rudely about her potential customers. At that point I decided that obviously she does not want or need by business because of the poor customer service I received (not because she didnt want to hold). I have NEVER been treated so poorly. I told her that I did not want to place the order before I could finished my sentence she hung up in my face. I never responsed to her in the manner she had spoken to me. What a sad way to treat customers and lose business.

I ordered a welcome baby boy flower arrangement for my family and scheduled to have it delivered that morning. I paid $13 in handling and delivery fees. The bouquet did not get delivered that day or even the next morning. Apparently the flower shop called where the bouquet was to be delivered to ensure the patient was still there the next morning, which might I add they were until 2 pm the day after it was scheduled to be delivered. The company did not deliver the flowers until late afternoon the day after they were ordered for and by that time my family member had gone home. I didn't realize they hadn't gotten to the intended person until the third day after they were ordered when I got a very short message from the florist. She stated she had called (but left no message) and was in general very rude on the phone and short. She had also called the person they were supposed to go to and was rude to her. All the while acting as if it were our fault. The flowers ended up getting delivered at 5 pm on the third day after I ordered them. Overall it was expensive and quite disappointing in terms of customer service.

I have used their services many times and have always been completely satisfied! I consider their services-above & beyond! Thank you!

I have a lot of friends in the Zeeland/Holland area, and whenever I need to send flowers, I use Flowers by Design. The flowers always arrive promptly, and always look wonderful. They use fresh flowers and really know how to create a beautiful arrangement. I will continue using them whenever I need a nice flower arrangement/gift in the area.

I ordered flowers for a funeral. Shortly after I ordered, but after business hours, I received an email stating that my order was canceled due to "lack of stock". The next morning I had to scramble to get the flowers delivered by a different and very helpful company. Dont waste your time or stress yourself out using this company.

I got beautiful roses delivered within a half hour, the only place that was still open and they were so worth it! Wont go anywhere else next valintines day or for any special occasion
