I took a picture of a really cool looking flower I found while on vacation and was looking for a florist to help me identify it, hoping to get some for my wife as a surprise. I like to support local businesses and when I asked some friends if they knew a good florist, 2 different people recommended Bo Kay Florist, they both happened to know the owner by name and said she was great. So I stopped by one day and explained that I was hoping to identify a flower and that friends had praised Bo Kays services, I was told by the employee, "Let me see if she is here," referring to the owner I guess. I looked around and thought how the building isnt that big and all the cars are parked right out front, but I played along to be nice. When the employee came back I was told the florist was not available. Then I called several times. Each time I was asked why I was calling and put on hold several times eventually to be told I would have to call back. On my final two contact attempts I made sure to explain the full situation, how I needed a florist to help me identify and hopefully order that flower, how I had already been by the store and now called several times. I offered to email the picture if they would just give me an email I could send it to. The last two times I called I was again put on hold, asked repeatedly why I was calling, as if they just didnt understand, and then asked me to leave my name and number so the florist could call me back. No one ever called me back.

I ordered flowers for our Admin to be delivered on Admins Professional Day. They arrived at the end of the day, even though I ordered more than a week in advance and requested a morning delivery. Once the flowers finally arrived, I was embarrassed to have given these to our Admin! I paid over $100 Dollars for this "best quality" arrangement and they did not look at all like the picture. The bouquet looks as though someone sat on it, the flowers were already browning, and it looked as though random flowers were just thrown in a vase. I emailed the florist to see if they could provide another bouquet that was the quality I paid for, and I still have not received a response. Very disappointed, I would not use Bokay Florist again and I plan to spread the word to my company, my family, and my friends. ***UPDATE 5/3/2016*** I spoke with their store manager, Stephanie, who was super apologetic about the quality of their bouquet. She is providing me with another delivered bouquet for our admin at no charge. I am extremely grateful that they are willing to own up to their mistake and fix it! 5 stars for customer service and satisfaction!

I purchased a "premium" Mothers Day arrangement via the FTD website for my son to present to his mother. This FTD arrangement has four levels of size/price: Good, Better, Best/Premium, and Exquisite. Bokay Florists was selected by FTD to fulfill the order. The arrangement that was produced and delivered by Bokay Florists included wilting flowers and the height/width measured smaller than the "good"/smaller version of the arrangement, as described by FTD. My son was embarrassed to present this arrangement to his mother. One day later, several flowers had wilted and many blooms were dead and dry, despite the vase still at least three-quarter full with water from the florist. Some flowers were shoved way down into the vase and could not be easily seen. A non-professional work product to say the least. The bright spot in all of this: I submitted an email to FTD Customer Service last night and received a full refund overnight. FTD stands behind their guarantee! I give five stars to FTD for their prompt, no hassle refund!

This is the most horrible and unprofessional place there is. I am out of town and wanted flowers delievered for Mothers Day. I was promised they would be delievered on the Saturday before by 2pm but of course that was a lie. I tried calling multiple times only to receive no answer. I finally got through on a Tuesday days later and was told oh we tried to deliever but no one answered we will try again today ok bye. I was naturally upset and asked when would they be delievered and the response was some time today...um no they should be first on the list being they are TWO days late. The response was "I am not going to agrue with you". Very disrespectful. I cancelled my order and demanded my money back I have not received my money nor did she apologize. I was also told we dont normally call the person who is delievering them ---why wouldnt you TRY to get in contact with someone if you were REALLY attempting to deliever the flowers. I spent $127.00 I suggest NEVER going to this place YOU WILL be DISAPPOINTED!!

I called my local florist, BOKAY, who had to use FTD flowers because my order was out of their delivery area -the florist El Jardin del Eden as it was the closest location. I ordered a vase of spring flowers for my son to give to his fiance. What I got was a cheap funeral basket with a spring bow. When I wanted to refuse them, the driver became verbally outraged. "Who doesnt want flowers?"- He insisted I sign for them despite my objections and squalked all the way out of my neighborhood, calling me names and making a spectacle of himself. (The floral failure was not his fault, but he handled it poorly) My local florist at Bokay called them to make it right and correct the order and they were unprofessional to her! BOKAY made it right for me and the owner personally called me back, told me she would deliver a nice boquet as ordered free of charge. If you want a professional florist, order your special something from BOKAY, ask for Bethany!

Used this florist for my wedding day and very little went as planned with them. They were late setting up the ceremony and half the set up wasnt even correct with what we had in our contract. We never got any pics with our ceremony setup because of a late setup and then obviously needing to take flowers to the reception right after. Our wedding planner had to fix the centerpieces they set up at the reception before guests arrived bc none of them were in the right place and a few of them werent even correct with what we had in our design contract. Thats not even everything that went wrong but Google limits my characters. Full review on their Facebook page.

I ordered a bouquet for my wedding which I wanted the flowers to flow down from the main bouquet. Bokay quoted me the bouquet at $170 and I was able to pick out all my flowers which I loved. Unfortunately, I received the bouquet and it was nothing like the picture I had presented to them. For $170, I had a few measly vines extending from the main flower bouquet. The flowers only lasted 3 days. I was so disappointed that I paid $170 for such mediocre result. I was hoping to return to Bokay for my sisters flowers for her wedding, but after the result of my bouquet, I will definitely not go back to Bokay for my sisters wedding coming up.

Worst floral experience EVER. Ordered valentines day roses to be delivered to my wife at work. They DID NOT deliver them on Valentines day, but even worse they delivered them the next day to the wrong location (even though the correct address and my wifes phone number were clearly printed on the tag on the outside of the arrangement), several of the rose stems were broken, and all the water from the vase had spilled into the box. No apology, no concern at all for missing valentines day and delivering garbage to my wife ... by far the worst service Ive ever even heard of from a florist!!
