My daughter ordered a book on 2/2/15. Used expedited shipping and its 10 days later ( or 8 business days) the book is still not here. I posted this to their facebook page only to have them ask me to private message them and they would look into it. All they did was tell me it would be delivered on 2/10/15. It is now the end of the day, mail already ran, on 2/12/15 and still no delivery. I will only buy books from Amazon from now on. Not barns and noble from Amazon, only a different company altogether. They refuse to answer me now and my daughter is still waiting for the book thats been sitting 30 miles away for over 2 days. No one is willing to do anything and we have spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars on books through them. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM EVER AGAIN.

Have shopped here many times. My last visit I was followed around the store by an employee. She asked if we needed help over ten times. Every section we went to she followed us. I Overheard the employee tell another my sister was shoplifting. She was pushing a stroller with my 2 year old nephew. I was fed up and turned to her and offered for her to check us and our bags We are honest people and do not steal. It was completely humiliating. I Will NEVER go back to this place again.

Great atmosphere, good selection of books. I can (and have!) spend many hours here. There is a Starbucks in-store and many comfortable sitting areas. I usually go in on Saturdays, and there is often reading time or a skit for the children to enjoy. There is also an extensive media section and a lot of games/toys.

They have a large variety of books of all kinds. You can find just about any current book here easily. They also have kids toys that make great gifts. The prices are a little expensive but the atmosphere is nice. They also have a coffee bar and lounge area.

Books are all publisher priced, no discount but I can find the books to all my favorite authors here especially those in a series. Very nice children area of books and other specialty stuff like puzzles and bookmarks.

I went to buy 4 new books and only found one. At customer service they said the books were in the store but even the worker couldnt find them. The store is VERY poorly organized. I miss borders :(

This store is full size and have very type of book you would ever want or need. Somethings there is something out of stock but they will gladly order it for you and ship it to your house.
