Terrible management, someone would imagine that the goal of this book store is to bring customers through the door, but instead here in this store, the management removed the ONE AND ONLY TABLE in the store. this book store is close to a major University, they should provide couple areas for customers to sit and read after purchasing a book, I purchased the book "the 4 hours work week" and wanted to read it right there. couple of weeks ago there were one table for customers in the entire store, I spoke to the manager, he said Corporate get to decide, I said did corporate send you a memo saying please remove the one and only table in the store, effective immediately? he said yes, and turn away from me and left.

Horribly unreliable. Dont bother ordering online. I ordered a textbook and it told me it would take 4 to 14 business days. I waited around 10 business days, then decided to check the status of the order. The online system seemed to have no record of my order at all. I called customer service the next day, and after being on hold, I was connected to an automated service that notified me that my order had been cancelled the same day the order was placed. I received no notification of any kind whatsoever, and at the time of the order the website displayed the item was in stock. This whole situation has really put me on a time crunch. Ive had 2 good experiences with B&N, but after this, I am going elsewhere.

We attended this bookstore for a book reading and had a fabulous time. The store staff was super helpful and insured that the event went smoothly. The store is very large and it even has a decent size Starbucks Cafe with an area to sit in. The Cafe serves beverages along with food. They have frequent events in the store for children of all ages which is a great way to help keep children interested in books. Along with books, they also sell toys and games. The store offers Free Wi-Fi which is a bonus if you are spending a decent amount of time in the store. It is nice to find a brick and mortar bookstore with a helpful staff.

Even though I am able to find the books I need online for a lower price point at times, you still cant beat the atmosphere of learning and great coffee. More especially, the individuals that I have had contact with that work at this location are always helpful and courteous.

I would give it zero stars if I could!!!! I pre-ordered two items at two different times and both were shipped WEEKS after the release date! The last item was "lost in transit". Customer service in non-existent. my advice: USE AMAZON!!!! I KNOW I WILL FROM NOW ON!

why do u complain of the book price. Dont the authors deserve to be paid for their books. People c/o that wal mart close down small shops. what do you think Amazon is doing. I Love the book store and glad to have it. No one complains about buying apple products

Nice clean friendly place. Husband would have liked more of a selection on Brazilian Jujitsu BUT thats definitely not stopping us from coming back. Coffee shop was good and they have a great kids selection with a place to play and watch movies.

My favorite go-to whenever I need relaxing time. Quiet place. They also offer sofas where you can enjoy reading a book before deciding to bring it home. We got a membership at B&N, and got great benefits during the holiday shopping season.

I adore their selection of books. If they dont readily have a book there in the store; just ask theyll order it for you for pick up. They have a large selection of kids books and toys. Barnes & Noble has about anything you could want.

Very rude and unprofessional staff at this location. My wife was literally physically assaulted by one of their employees. We were astonished by this and even had to file a police report. We certainly never intend to return.

Great quiet place to for reading and just being in a peaceful environment. They have a Starbucks and their pastry case is filled with sweets from The Cheescake Factory. They have a great kids section that has toys and books!

Wonderful to still have a brick store I am not totally internet I like browsing and looking at the hardbacks digital is good but the fell and smell of book can not be replaced love the store and glad to have it

Adequate selection of books, but no electrical outlets in the café area. The wifi is then pointless unless you just plan on staying for a short while with an electronic device.

We had a great time seeing Baby Llama, doing arts and crafts, and listening to Llama,Lama books. the staff and volunteers were very patient and friendly. Fun! Fun Time!

The closest book store to the quality of a Borders that we have remaining in Knoxville. They have a very large childrens section and weekly activities for them.

Signed up for their membership. Got a $55 boardgames for $32. Great place to get good deals just make sure you use a coupon.
