The selection is not great. 2 out of every 3 times I am looking for a specific book that is fairly new they dont have it and would have to order. I live close by so I would stop in for coffee but there are no comfy reading chairs so I rarely want to sit down. The aisles are huge and stark not what youd expect for a book store. Then to add to my dislike in April I made a purchase and was offered a free magazine subscription for 3 months I asked what happens after 3 months and the clerk told me they would mail me a notice with bill to pay if I wanted it to continue. After 3 months I got no bill and started seeing 4 different magazine charges on my debit card. They shared my card info with the magazine company without my knowledge or payment authorization. I did not sign anything that day. I had to hunt down the magazine company to cancel and get a refund.

Decent book store and selection. Be warned though! They push subscriptions at the checkout. The subscriptions are supposed to be a trial only but once youre tangled in that dark web youll feel like Frodo Baggins trying to escape the spiders lair. Even if they say that you wont be charged, dont believe it. As admiral Akbar would say, "its a trap!". Lastly, bathrooms are filthy. If you dont have a phobia of dirty restrooms before, you will after using these.

Its a BookStore/ coffee house/ gathering place.Present crew is a new generation from when I first began visiting. Magazine rack mostly, most varied in town? Did forget the childrens section/ hobbies/ music& comics. But Ill miss the outdoor tables & chairs this spring after warmer weather comes. If you mention that maybe theyll talk the centers owner into replacements. !Dont "miss it when its gone"

The bookstore is nice and clean in the book area. The bathrooms in their store though are very dirty. There were dead roaches outside and inside of the bathroom, few were actually still alive. Book part of the store I love, but I wouldnt recommend going to their bathrooms while shopping there. Also most times im there I have to go look for someone who works there so I can checkout.

been shopping at this store for years - any issues that ever came up were very quickly handled by either the local manager or in one case the area manager who went to great measures to see i was happy the frequent buyer program isnt bad either - a substantial discount on ALL purchases (even coffee) - i think its a decent deal : )

Its so clean, well lit and the staff are very friendly. The books are always well organized and put up in an easy to find way. Additionally, theyre child friendly and have a book club on Saturdays for the little ones. My 15 month old was invited to attend. =)

This is a good store to shop for books. While I dont understand why they cant match the online prices, it is still a good place to get books, magazines, or surf the internet.
