Every visit is a pleasant one and the staff are so charismatic. Its nice to witness the ease with which they interact with one another and their customers - it adds to the atmosphere in just the way that improves a persons experience while also not disturbing them. The place is organized and clean, which is great for anyone new to reading who may be overwhelmed with their options. Definitely recommended!

This place is absurd. They are about 20% or more higher than Amazon, refuse to display local authors that are published nationally, and constantly take applications and refuse to hire based on you looking like a liberal or not (Hint: they all look like liberals in the store). The owner is rude and short with people, and they constantly push you to get a worthless membership card.
