Ive never gotten such terrible customer service at a Starbucks as we got today at this location. The barista at the drive thru, Kevin, audibly sighed in the microphone while taking our order, was short with my husband and barked "I cant hear you," hollered out one of our drinks at his coworkers with the microphone still on at us while we were still ordering and then when my husband spoke up to complete our order (two coffee drinks a juice box and some cookies, nothing crazy), he just as rudely said, "oh I didnt know you were still there." We pulled forward to pay for our order and he seemed very confused. Without looking at my husband he asked for our order again, twice, and we assumed he was addressing the person behind us on the headset. He seemed to put our order in again, took our card, and disappeared for a minute. The card reader was outside the window the whole time. He apologized for the wait, which wasnt really an issue so much as the weird/bad service, said they had to make the drinks, gave us our order and then inserted the card into the card reader that was outside the window. My husband had to retrieve the beeping card and ask for a receipt, and we werent ever given a total. I called the store to speak to a manager about this strange bad service, and was just asked to call back later. I dont know if Kevin is new, or having a very bad day, but his confused and unfriendly service isnt doing your business any favors, nor is putting off a customer who asks to speak to a manager.

Easily the worst Starbucks Ive been to. Ive been here many times, it used to be fine years ago, but it seems like ever since they moved locations to across the street things have only gotten worse. I moved away but I still come back to the area for family reasons a lot, so Ive been here a handful of times now. And the employees sometimes just seem to not enjoy their job and have no real regard for the customer, and thats not even the main issue. I went there for a hot chocolate and a Bacon gouda sandwich just this morning. The hot chocolate was only half full, and *Bacon* sandwich didnt have any bacon or cheese, just egg (which frankly didnt even look that safe to eat) between two pieces of bread (with the top one actually having some mark on it almost like a Sharpie). They must be really low on money, and good for that. The only thing this place has going for it is the expensive and nice design, the employees suck and the food is something a con artist gas station cashier would give to you. I wont be coming back here. You shouldnt either, and if you do then make sure to check your foods and drink before leaving the place.

When it comes to this Starbucks location, this is a unique Starbucks because of the fact that it has a drive-thru. However, I dont come out of my way to visit this location. I only ever come to this Starbucks when I dont want to get out of the car and just want a quick drink. The staff are friendly, as are most locations. As for getting my drink right most of the time, the make my drink correctly around 75% of the time. A couple visits, they didnt even fill up the whole cup! The reason I dont usually go to this location is that it is always crowded on most days, and it is hard to find a seat in midday to afternoon time. In the morning, it is much better. The WiFi is fast and I have no complaints about it.

Not the best location when I go in the mid afternoon through the drive thru Ive had my order messed up a couple times. The location on 12 mile is much more consistent with speed and accuracy. This last time the barista lied to me about the buy one get one free espresso drink special they had going on when I got to the drive thru window presumably to not have to add another drink onto my order for me to get the special. I understand your busy but its not right to lie to someone when I can clearly see on my Starbucks app what the current special is. I probably wont be returning Ill suck it up and go into a location without a drive thru.

Sunday evening memorial weekend I entered my order (Americano and teas) and the barista kept working the drive through only neglecting my order. After waiting over 5 minutes I asked for my order and she made it. Last, I thank for my order when receiving it and she was indifferent with no response staring at me like I was a difficult customer. Do not like this kind of service but I like Starbucks and what they stand for.

My experience wasnt so great at starbucks this morning I ordered a Oprahs Chi Latte Tea with 10 shots of Chi whip cream and carmel drizzle well I didnt get what I paid for which was the 10 shots of Chi and the carmel drizzle on top of my whip cream so I was a very unhappy customer cause I always go this starbucks and order the same thing SMDH!!!

The girl with the blue hair in front of me felt the need to torture the poor clerk and as sad as it seemed, that cashier was helpless. I tend to avoid places that settled themselves as able to take that amount of punishment for money. Also, the simple coffee I had was very bitter. Unsure why theres such a hype around this chain. Too overrated.

Excellent service....the staff make it a point to get to know their customers and are extremely personable. They are very efficient and consistent with the beverages. On the RARE occasion in which you are unsatisfied, they go out of their way to rectify the situation. Only wish there was more seating and parking.

Service is great. Lots of places to sit, inside and out. A really nice porch area with couches and tables. Great place to sit on a nice day. Only downside is how long the line in the drive through can take sometimes. This is a busy spot, so dont think you will always be able grab a quick drink and bite to eat.

This was the worst service I have every had at a Starbucks and I have been to them all over the country. They were playing around more than making customer orders. I ordered a frappachino and it was melted and watered down by the time I got it. I will never go back to that Starbucks again.

This is no joke the best Starbucks I have been to. The drive through is always shockingly fast... I never hesitate to go through even if there is a long line. The staff are cheerful and respectful. My order is always done to perfection. This is my go-to Starbucks!

they do not take coupons..and casher even lies...I had a free coffee coupon but casher told me its a fake that goes around internt...but all of my friends told me that other locations took the coupon.. they dont have to tell a lie to their customer to save ...

Ive been coming to the this Starbucks for a while now. The entire staff is awesome and personable. I hardly ever have to do any kind of waiting even when there is a considerable line ahead of me. I even drive to this if its not the closest sometimes.
