For working as a barista in a coffee shop the employees sure know nothing about the coffee they sell. She had no idea what cold brew was or what kinds they have. My mistake was not checking my cup or taking a drink until I pulled away from the drive thru. To late to go back and tell her I did not order a chai latte and she had given me someone elses drink. The 24 he drive thru is nice if I am desperate at a weird hour but I think ill stick to a different location and stay away from Rome hilliard road Starbucks.

I am a regular Starbucks customer and have visited stores in several different states. This store is by far the best. The service and product is the best, always quick and made well. All of the employees are very friendly and make it a point to remember my name. Debbie, Emily, David, and Houm standout even amongst a fleet of superstars. Furthermore, the facilities are in great condition, clean tables and spotless restrooms. Thanks for being consistently friendly.

Absolutely Negative Experience. First, During the Starbucks Deal for $3 frappuccino, they refused to offer me the deal. Second, The Have Not Write My Name on The Cup after the order of the waffle frappuccino, and third after they finished my order , they put it on the table in which I was unable to see it for FIFTEEN minutes until I somehow bend over and saw the cup, They didnt tend at least call my order to give me a notice nor to write my name.

Very small starbucks and the wifi was average at best. The staff is very helpful and the shop is very clean. I was in there towards the end of the night so there was boxes on the floor for restock, but they were not in the way. The seating is laid out the best it can be for the size of the shop, but if youre looking for some more space, further north in Mill Run there is another Starbucks that is great to work in.

One of the girls that tends the drive thru isnt very friendly. She never smiles or says "have a nice day" even though I say it to her before pulling away. I get its a drive thu...but I didnt make her take the job. That being said; everyone else Ive experienced there has been awesome! My order has only been wrong once. :)

Beverage/Food Service preparation areas not clean, evident spillage of product residue accumulations on outside of potable cup holder, stainless appliances, refuse receptacles, etc. Obvious lack of routine cleaning.

This Starbucks is okay. Its not super roomy inside, but it gets the job done. Ive had great service here so if youre someone that often just goes through the drive thru, youll have no complaints.

Clean and enough outlets for devices, if only their Wi-Fi works better, unlike their other locations, Wi-Fi very poor here. Wi-Fi still not working as good as their other locations (10/16/16)
