Each time we have been to this store we have been given exceptional customer care. The employees have all been very helpful at answering questions and recommending toys. They have given my son the opportunity to have an interactive experience with toys and are just all around great:) This is our favorite toy store in Ann Arbor due to the variety of toys and the fantastic staff!!

It is great inside with nice selection however we just wish the employees didnt seem annoyed to help you. if the customer service was better we would have been back. Its a shame. We want to support a small business but will not with rude customer service. Maybe they dont serve mixed Asian/white families or are they just rude to everyone?

What an awesome place! I keep coming back to buy stuff for my kids and for others as well! The staff there is very friendly and helpful! They have some extraordinary stuff I couldnt find anywhere else.
