So, heres whats on my mind...DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING BY BABIES R US & TOYS R US!!!!! As a consumer Im getting really tired and frustrated with DECEPTIVE advertising, which BTW, is supposed to be against the law. I went on-line today to order a rocking chair/glider for my niece for her baby shower thru Babys R Us/ Toys R Us and when I click on the product description it reflects the pic, etc. and states that anything over $49.00 is available for "free" delivery...and when I click on the "See Special Offers under the $299.00 price it says "FREE shipping on ANY purchase of $49.00 or more"...but guess what...there is NO FREE SHIPPING and I have to go the store & pick-up the almost 60lb chair (that also needs assembly!!) aargh. So I called the store and spoke with the manager & he advised that "most young couples are willing to pick these types of items up in the store themselves because they are so happy to get them" WTF??? Are you kidding me!!! He proceeded to advise me that he could arrange for shipping for me, beginning at $85.00. REALLY?? Then why do they advertise "Free Shipping" on anything over $49.00??? I explained to the young manager that I understand it is not his decision, but I also told him he needs to run this issue up the "management" flagpole and that I would do my very best to spread the word about their DECEPTIVE advertising!!!

I usually always go to the Westland store, but decided to branch out and check this store out. The exterior sure looked ghetto... The inside was nice though. I did find a few things I havent seen over at the other store. When I went to check out there was only one lane open and two girls standing there talking non stop to the other. During check out not once did they talk to me, not one word, not even eye contact. They were too busy talking to each other. I even had to reach over and grab my own receipt because they were so involved in their conversation. It was pretty rude... so if you go to this location dont expect any service at all.

I went to the store to buy my grandson a bike. When I found the bike I liked I took the card from the bike and went to the cashier and gave it to her. She told me she had three such bikes but all were assembled and it would cost me $10.00 extra because they were already assembled.I told her I liked the one for $69.49 not the $79.49. To make a long story short I walked out without a bile. I have 23 grandchildren , half of them under 12. My friends they have lost a lot of business over that $10.00. By the way Walmart had the same bike for $12.00 less and would have assembled it for free had I asked for it.

Got my pup her own bed and its purrfect right next to mine which her cat sisters share with her when its bedtime. Had hope to find a sturdy doll bunk bed I can use for my cats but they only had a cheap one with cardboard which wasnt going to work. So as I also needed one for my pup their big sister this works out shes 56-60 pounds put a toddler matress full length added an extra board beneath for more center support and it works great.

Every time I try to call and check to see if an item is in stock I am on hold for at least 15 minutes. Apparently their store associates are too lazy to pick up the phone. It is so annoying. I hate driving and wasting gas just to find they dont have what I need. So when I call and press 2 to talk to a store associate. I expect to have my call answered within a few minutes, never the case here.

Store is very bright and spacious. Has many items that Ive seen online...unlike other locations. Price on tag was different than price at register...manager stated price at register was correct and i could not get the manufacturers special if he adjusted price according to tag...will be contacting someone else regarding this matter...unfortunately the formula was the purpose of my trip

Toys R Us is great because they have every toy you could be looking for. I dont know anything about toys but can always find what Im looking for when Im shopping for a gift. The employees are always nice, but for some reason it seems to consistently take an eternity to get checked out. I am always waiting in line for a long time even though the store isnt that busy.

EDIT; last 3 visits haad problems with store card and redeeming points. Also realixed even after thursday 10 percent off and use of points, target is cheaper. Not the best staff but pretty good selection. I typically find what Im looking for and often enough have coupons, otherwise, in my opinion, the prices are on the higher end.

Stacy the store manager has drove this store into the ground. Shes rude and extremely sensitive. Im surprised this store hasnt closed yet. But I have been talking to upper managemen so this store can thrive again. They hire some some really... Uh... Not very intelligent people.

This has got to be by far the worst Toys R Us store you can ever go to nobody knows nothing have to wait a half-hour for anything you want complete chaos I do not recommend wasting your time at this place shelves look like they been ran through by 1000 kids

I love this location. They have everything and even have great service for online orders if you need to exchange or return. Thats why we always shop this location or the Toys R Us website. You cant beat the customer care with regular online shopping.

I had a great experience, Jolanda was so helpful and spent a great deal of time fixing my on-line problem. She had to call me FOUR times because my phone wasnt working properly. She kept trying till she finally got through. High marks for Jolanda.

Always go here to check for any new and cool WWE figures. Sometimes they have a great selection and other times theres not much available. But never the less my sons and i love walking around the store. Makes me feel like a kid again

Very disorganized. Every time I have been in there the store is a mess. Toys and clothes all over the floor and things are difficult to locate. The place always seems short staffed and clueless. The cleanliness also makes me cringe.

About 7 employees in the store on the floor and only one register open that was also the return line. While waiting in line FOUR employees came up for various reasons but none offered to help check out other customers.

Area doesnt look the best from outside. Tyler was the sweetest and very helpful. Everyone I ran into at the store was very friendly. I would rather go to this location then the westland one.
