You always have to walk around back to the entrance to check out because they never have any registers open and you have to wait in line with people returning things. Story is usually disorganized and feels somewhat abandoned.

Waited in line for 40 minutes to check out. Then had items priced differently from what was on the shelf, as I was checking out. After getting the right item I was sent to the back of the line again.
