Well lets see we were told certain items would be on sale and if we put them on layaway we would get them for the sales price when we picked them up.. They went to check the price and then they said im sorry they are not on sale then they said well you have to pay for them and then we will refund you for the items. So they gave us our money back on our cars and then the money is still not in our account. So i later called to speak to the manager she then said i apologize the sign dell down they were on sale.. So you could come pick them up we live far from that store always went there due to good service they should had honored what we were told nope they said sorry and didnt offer anything for our troubles never shopping there again. Customer service sucks im a manager. And am very unhappy with the service.

Went and made a purchase lastnight around closing and noticed when I put my son to bed that he lost his stuffed animal "Blue Bear" he was up most of the night and you can feel his sadness that he didnt have his bear to snuggle up with. I went there the next morning before they opened and waited patiently by the front door till they opened. Went in and asked if they had a lost and found and right away they knew what I was there for. I want to thank the staff of the night per closing and the morning staff. They truly cared that this bear made it back home to his buddy. Great peoe that work there. Thanks again. Will be back to that store again.

Tried to contact store via phone on December 22, waited on hold for 20 minutes and when it was my turn in the queue, the worker picked up the phone and hung it up. Happened to me 3 times until I gave up. I realize this is a busy time of year but this is pathetic customer service. Called Walmart and Meijer and had no problems.

Three strong stars for inventory and usual excellence, but -2 for being completely inept when it comes to online orders. Great World of Nintendo toys, Disney toys, Thomas and Friends, PBS Kids and others that are hard to find elsewhere.

Last Friday the woman at the customer service desk was awesome! My parents went in to get something they found online. They took a picture of the toy to customer service and the woman walked them right over to the item! Fantastic!

Our experience was awesome! Three employees helped us search for Fisher Price Grow with Me Barbie skates. The staff in this store are friendly and extremely helpful. Highly recommend shopping at this location.

Manager is not friendly or willing to help at all. I understand if you have a specific policy to abide by, but no reason to be rude.

The waitstaff was nice but not knowledgeable. The service was good but the food was not worth the price. Drinks were horrible.

Prices a little higher than other stores but my kids love to just wander around. Store is clean and staff is friendly
