My husband went in for a Thomas the Train toddler bed for our son. They had the tickets out, so we assumed they had them in stock. They did not have them in Stock so they ordered him the bed to be shipped to the store. He was informed the bed would be delivered the following Wednesday, he call on that Thursday and they stated the bed was still not delivered that it would MAYBE be delivered on Saturday. Its Saturday and the bed STILL isnt there. Im starting to get pissed off because we dont have answers. For a toy it would be no problem but its a BED. He has recently out grown his crib, and my husband is barely getting sleep because we have our son in our bed. If you have kids, you know they take up as much space as they can.

When shopping I could not find anyone to help me. Went to check out, 4 staff members were talking over by electronics. They asked another person that came from the back of the store to check me out. The person checking out never smiled. If she was mad at her co-workers she should not take it out the customers. My kids are now grown, I was buying for the next generation coming up. I use to do all my shopping here years ago. I may need do my shopping at other stores or online.

Love shopping at Toys R Us...shopping there today for a special birthday...ran into a major snag...mgrs. Mike and Rob were great at helping us out and we left with everything we needed at a great price...still have a few issues to clear up. Thanks to Michelle, Rob and Mike for giving us nice friendly service. We will continue to bring our business to the Toys R Us Westland Store....Thanks to a good staff.

One of the better toys r us Ive been to. The lines moved pretty good, the bike selection was decent compared to the toys r us in Novi. There was even a manager walking around near checkouts to help out and keep things flowing. Even had a walkie talkie to communicate with other areas.

If things arent on sale they are really priced quite high. Also, its 93 degrees out and they didnt have air on. Also, the rewards dont link to their checkout system!!??

Store was a mess with much od the merchandise blocked. Limited staff to provide assistance. Left angry, frustrated and without the toy I went their looking for.

My mother use to work here when i was 6 years old all the way up til i was 17 years old and this is by far has been the best toys r us for years now
