Was at the store for an item that was on sale but none in stock :( I found a similar item on sale decided to purchas it went to check out and was told they could not sell it. So I could not find original desired item then not allowed to purchase another item was informed by man that there was nothing they could no credit on another item or anything. I guess it is ok if you don't want my money just have to shop elsewhere.

In Reply To "unhappy customer" Im An Associate At The Store, We Have Only 2 Or 3 Warehouses That Supply The Whole United States. During The Seasons, They Oversold 2 Million Dollars Worth Of Product, We Have Been Struggling To Try And Fix Their Mistakes, If You Ever Go To Toys R Us, Or Babies R Us And Have This Problems, That Most Likely The Reason, Due To Shortage Issues Or Issues Bigger Than Just One (1) Toys R Us Store.

The website states that the Nintendo classic game systems are "In-stock" and "available" in stores. I called a toys r us store, they stated the website was incorrect, wrong, and that it was false advertisement, due to the fact that she checked the system and there were "no stores that had that game system available or instock anywhere."

This is a nice store albeit not in the best location. Im actually surprised theyve stayed in business considering where its at. The parking lot is in horrible shape, be prepared for lots of huge potholes. Other than that once inside, its your typical toys r us store.

About a year ago I saw LOTR: Mines of Moria listed on their website, when I arrived they did not have it so I waited two weeks after I paid to have it delivered to find out the box was empty! I had to wait an additional week to receive it, terrible first experiance!

This store has a friendly staff and is willing to help you I purchase something from the Dublin store in Dublin store would not return it in the Groves Road store took care of it and I will return only to the store to purchase toys from now on

Its a Toys R Us. the service isnt anything that special. If you are going to camp out overnight here for the latest toy you could find somewhere that isnt quite so desolate in the middle of the night.

The selection is always amazing. Prices are decent. They price match from the web (so long as it isnt Amazon Prime) Always a great spot for any gift; child or adult-sized child!
