Let me just start off with I am a VERY picky bride, and not much of a girlie girl. The whole idea of going to bridal salons made me a little uncomfortable, being poked and prodded by old cranky women trying to dress me up like a barbie doll. But because of a friends suggestion I went to Bella Bridal first. Let me just say everyone in there was so wonderful, helpful, kind, and really made me feel much more comfortable with the experience. I left that day in love with a gown, but wanted to be able to have this experience when my mother was in town. Over the following weeks my frugal nature led me to scour New England looking at everything out there. I probably visited a couple dozen bridal shops, consignment shops, thrift stores, department stores, everything. Bella Bridal was by far the most enjoyable shopping experience down to every detail. I had my second appointment at Bella Bridal Shoppe when my mother was up visiting, and again the girls here were absolutely wonderful. I couldnt believe they remembered me and so much about my first appointment weeks earlier. It is a beautiful cozy boutique filled with (in my opinion) many of the classiest and most gorgeous gowns available, coupled with a no-pressure, but very helpful attitude. We had the whole shop to ourselves for a wonderful and very personal experience. I am thrilled to say I ordered my gown from Bella and am so excited give them my business! I would recommend this shop to every bride out there, and want to extend my warmest compliments to the owner, and the ladies who work there. Everyone who helped me was a pleasure. Thank you!

There literally isnt enough I can say about the experience at Bella Bridal. I went into this without the "bride gene" and thinking Id found a dress that would do fine at a huge national "WalMart of Bridal Gowns" which shall not be named. I went with my bridesmaids thinking I was just trying things on for fun and to humor them. But Ramona and her team really provided exceptional customer service, and even more, paid attention to what worked and what didnt. I ended up trying on something completely different than what I thought I wanted, fell in love, and came back a few weeks later after to buy it. I left with champagne, hugs, a gift bag, and a "Welcome to the Bella family". Most important to me, there was no pressure whatsoever to buy,and although my budget was miniscule compared to most of the brides Im sure they usually see, I was never treated like less than a millionaire. Wonderful people who really made me feel "bridal" for the first time. I cant wait to wear my dress!

Purchasing my gown at Bella Bridal was one of the best experiences in the entire wedding process. Ramona is so sweet and really knows her stuff. She picked my gown. It wasnt one I would have picked out for myself but she asked that I trust her and just try it on. Well, it was THE ONE. Everyone, including myself agreed instantly. The jeweler she used at the time (2004) did beautiful work and I purchased several peices to compliment the gown. I had no issues with alterations as Ramona was able to order the gown so none were needed other than a bustle. Im surprised with the negative reviews regarding the alterations but its true of a lot of boutiques that the seamstresses are independant of the boutique. You are welcome to take your dress anywhere you choose and having one onsite is a convenience if you choose to use them. I have recommended this shop to all my friends in the area for the past 5 years and continue to do so.

If I could give Bella Bridal 10 stars or even 100 stars I would. Without a doubt!! My best friend who is my Maid of Honor agrees 100 percent. So I definitely give them 5 stars! We have been to different Bridal Shops and this was by far the BEST experience. I cannot say enough! The woman who helped us, (Kris) was sooo sweet and kind. We told her a bit of what I might be looking for and what my style and personality was and the very first Gown she picked off the rack, as we were also freely looking through gowns....well, it ended up being the Gown I bought. She nailed it! It was perfect for me and my price range. I also wanted to add that her co-worker was also so sweet and they were both so great!!! It can be really stressful searching for the right gown and Bella Bridal was so helpful and laid back. I cannot thank Bella Bridal enough for making our visit an amazing experience! Thank you! I cant say enough great things about Bella!!! Ramona, the owner, is sweet, kind, and compassionate! She respected everything I had to say and, if I had to do it again and again, I would go there! Unfortunately, I did not find my dress there, but I created a reason to return - I decided to purchase a white bridesmaid dress to wear at my rehearsal dinner. If it had not been for her hospitality, I would have just picked up a dinner dress at Macys, but she was so kind that I wanted to find a way to give her my business!!!

Really wonderful! The women at the shop are extremely professional. Ive felt very pressured by every other bridal store Ive been in (and I went to pretty much every bridal boutique in Boston), but at Bella Bridal they were so pleasant and helpful! They were totally focused on me, and the whole experience was lovely. Every time Ive spoken with someone from the store, Ive met with nothing but kindness and efficiency. I definitely recommend this shop! :)

Wonderful! Came here with my Mom to try on dresses and had an amazing experience. Ramona was so nice and her consultants were very helpful. I was the only one in the store and got their full attention. I would have loved to purchase a dress here, but found my dream dress somewhere else. Would highly recommend looking here! !
