I want to start off by saying I am sad to be writing such a poor review. I was so excited to go to Tulle Bridal, however the moment I arrived my excitement ended... The owner opened the door for myself, my parents and two of my bridesmaids and NEVER even said HELLO. She did not introduce herself to myself or my parents. I have never really met someone as cold or standoffish. The whole vibe was extremely uncomfortable and made me realize quickly I made a mistake. Without asking my price range or really even my interests she started pulling dresses. I am very short 5 and 115lbs, so I felt I needed a certain type of dress. When I asked her questions about what would look best she never even answered.. She acted as if it was an annoyance that I was even there. She would roll her eyes if I did not like something, and when my mom asked questions or my dad pulled dresses she shot off attitude and continued to roll her eyes. Mind you at this point she still had not acknowledged anyone I was with, ( I did not care as much about myself but how dare someone not even care about the parents of the bride..) She started having me try on dresses, and show my family. None of which were really anything I thought I wanted. She also had me try on high heel shoes even though I brought the wedding TOMS I had purchased.... She acted so uninterested and truly like I was just "another bride" she had to deal with. After trying on 4 dresses and realizing that this is how the owner was going to act the whole appointment I decided it was time to go. I ended the appointment and left. It really is a shame because I was so excited to go to Tulle. And to be honest I would have most likely bought a dress at that salon if it had not been for the icy cold demeanor of the owner. All she had to do was act interested, say hello, introduce herself, and act like she cared about me and my big day, along with my family. I left that salon and went to another salon right up the street, where I purchased a $5,000 Amsale wedding dress. It is a shame because that sale could have gone to Tulle Bridal. To be honest I felt that she didnt really take us that seriously. Maybe she was judging a book by its cover, maybe she thought I was some dumb bride who didnt know anything. But truly if she had taken time to get to know myself and my family she would have seen that Money is not an issue, we had a budget of 8,000 and up until meeting her we were very excited about the possibilities of Tulle Bridal. The bride and her family should always be treated with respect and be made to feel special. None of these things happened at Tulle Bridal. The dresses were beautiful but the owners attitude and personality made the whole salon a very unfriendly and ugly place to be.

I first off would like to say that I had multiple people at my very large place of business recommend that I check out this Salon! This was the first and only bridal salon I went to. Usually I am very picky with my dresses and usually cannot make up my mind. For some reason any formal dress Ive ever worn has always been something that fit like a glove the moment I put it on and this appointment was no different. I had made an appointment earlier in the week and when I got there on a very busy Saturday the staff was still very friendly! At first I was in a side area but as soon as one of the other brides left I got to move to a beautiful and comfortable area with lots of lighting and mirrors and a nice place to sit for my mother and future-MIL. The stylist that helped me was very patient and we joked in the dressing room as we got in and out of dresses which made me feel more comfortable since I was stressed enough having both my mother and MIL in the same place at the same time. I thought I knew what I wanted but after many dresses and feeling like i wouldnt find the one I was looking for I believe Heidi the owner found the exact one that would do it for my Riviera Maya Beach wedding! The absolutely stunning Maggie Sottero and extremely light and aerie gown was absolutely perfect and fit me like a glove as if it was made for me. I took it as a sign and both my mother and MIL reactions affirmed my thoughts that this was the one. The stylist and owner completely made me up with the perfect veil and headband and bouquet. When I came to pick up my dress and veil 3 months later i didnt have the best memory and I actually ended up with the wrong veil through a communication error. When I called the Bridal Salon this morning Marissa was a godsend and said she would talk to the owner and they would fix it no problem. This Salon is soooo accommodating and is truly beautiful in such a quaint location! I will definitely be recommending my ever growing list of engaged friends to try this salon first! Having wedding dress regret is feared by all brides! I am getting married in 4 months and I decided to check out Tulle bridal (just because)! I noticed all appointments were booked but I called and the lovely lady was able to squeeze me in! Once I arrived I explained to Marissa (bridal stylist) how I hated my dress and wanted try on a completly different dress and she happily helped me and geared me towards finding THE DRESS!! Never thought I would have this luck!! The dress fit like a glove and it is literally stunning on me!! Thank you Marissa for everything!! Seriously my angel!! she was very personable and soo friendly !!

This was the first dress appointment I made, and I found my dream dress! Its nothing like I imagined I would want, but Im in LOVE! Marissa was a doll and did such a great job helping me try on dresses and picking out ones close to the pictures I brought. I also got to pick a plastic Easter egg from a jar and got an extra discount on my dress! Tulle Bridal is a great place to go because they have so many options, dresses you can order, one-of-a-kind styles, discontinued styles...and they let my mom and sister attack the racks as well to help me!!!! I am very pleased with the whole experience :-)

Margret was amazing! I had no intention of buying a dress the day I came in. I was sure it was going to take me months to find the perfect dress. As I spoke to Margret, she exclaimed she had the perfect dress! And she did! My dress is of an exceptional quality and an affordable price. The boutique itself is very cute. All of the women working there were exceptionally kind. The owner was extremely kind and helpful. Together they helped me create the perfect look for my wedding day. I would highly recommend Tulle!

I visited Tulle recently with my girlfriend who was looking for a wedding gown. My first impression of this shop was one of beauty. There were so many choices of beautiful gowns from low end to high end prices. Something for everyone! My GF did indeed purchase a gorgeous gown that looked fabulous on her. Heidi the owner and her staff were so kind and helpful to both of us. They offered their expertise and it definitely helped in choosing the perfect gown for the bride. I highly recommend this shop.
