I went in here with no appointment just to browse and boy was I impressed! Debby was so helpful and took the time to show me all the gowns even though she had an appointment coming in soon. She even let me try some of the gowns on even though like I said an appointment was scheduled to come in soon. She gave me a card and told me to call for an appointment so that I wouldnt have to feel rushed. Not sure who the people who wrote negative reviews on this place spoke to or saw when they went in but I think its definitely worth a look. If youre looking for a great deal and beautiful dresses then this is your place!

I was really underimpressed with this place. They have beautiful white gowns in the windows, and when we walked in the woman at the desk looked annoyed to have to get up from where she was to help us. She insisted that she "didnt have anything for us" and maybe we could "try davids bridal up the street". She was rude and completely put us off because we werent some excited bride looking for a gown, mind you we were there to buy a white gown. She lost $300 because she was disrespectful and lazy. I wouldnt even give this place a 1 star review, its a wonder they stay open with such poor customer service.

I love this place!!! I have been here on several occasions for various reasons. Her selection is massive and Debbie is so helpful. I will be returning soon to find my dream gown. I thought I had at another place but alas it seems not. Debbie is nice and very helpful in many ways. She even offered me a part time job if I ever needed one. This place is worth any bride on a budgets time.

Bad service. Never send anyone to this place. Disorganized and cluttered.
