I have been here on 2 occasions with my 21 year old to purchase a wedding dress... we put a deposit on a dress and after myself , my 2 daughters, and her 2 maids of honors left ... we all thought that these saleswomen were rude, not helpful and the rest of her bridal party refused to purchase, including myself , 9 others dresses due to the rotten customer service we experienced.... we called as my daughter had decided she didnt want a ballgown and unfortunately because we had a deposit there she didnt want me to loose it.... I told her I would rather throw it away but went there yesterday ! Never thought we could have a worse experience then at the first time but once again possibly her name was Angela, I cant even explain how rude, unhelpful., disrespectful she was. My daughter wanted a 2017 Casablanca dress and she refused to sell it off the rack so I asked Her how soon we could get it she said 4 months... so once again we left that store , they can keep my 500.00 I wouldnt step foot in there if they paid me... she was upset and I was determined to find this dress so I called Alexandrias in Fall River who went way beyond the call would sell there only dress off the rack but it was too big to alter but said they could expediate! Wonderful phone experience with Carolyn and then called Anas bridal boutique in E Providence where she is there presently buying the dress off the rack which they can alter to her size!!!!! Wonderful wonderful service ... In closing I received a call from Bridal Gardens this am after my daughter posted her experience and tell me she went way out of the way to accommodate us after I called and left a message that it is strange how every other shop I called was willing to sell the dress off the rack and today she says it was to big to alter but yesterday she wouldnt sell it cause she couldnt get another for 4 months and also called Cassablanca this am as all the other stores did yesterday, not even knowing if I was buying there , but her dress would be here by May 1st , guess she should of done that yesterday... cause I can assure you this store has just lost a bundle of sales!!! If if the owner reads this could you please contact me as I asked numerous times for your name and number and she hung up on me!!!!!!! Buyers Beware!!!!!

Although I LOVED my dress and was complimented all night on how beautiful it was the knowledge of the salesperson and the quality of customer service at the Bridal Garden was very poor. While deciding on the purchase of my dress I was given incorrect information in regards to alterations that ended up costing me extra money. The original dress that was shipped to me from the designer was created/sized incorrectly therefore it needed to be sent back (no fault of the Bridal garden), but the customer service through the shop I received while trying to correct this problem was completely unprofessional. They gave my mother and I dates of when it was supposed to be shipped and then we wouldnthe hear from them. When calling to inquire what was happening in the process they would state they were going to call us the following day, 2 days later still no call, we would have to reach out to them. When my dress was finally shipped to the store and I was able to pick it up once I got it to the seamstress the problems continued. It was supposed to be hemmed via the designer because it was bought during a trunk show, but it wasnt. When we called the Bridal Garden to express our concerns they were less than concerned that their customer was now spending extra money on a hem. Part of their job is to make the brides life easier, so if you dont honor customer service as an important part of the dress buying process The Bridal Garden is a fine establishment, but if you are looking for knowledgeable, supportive salespeople do not go to Bridal Garden.

Amazing! is all I can say about this place. My daughter was living in Boston, I am in North Carolina and we knew some styles we wanted to try. After much Internet research and many phone calls, The Bridal Garden said they would definitely get a Tara Keely dress in for my daughter (we saw it on someone in Pinterest). Most other salons charge you $50-$100 to get a sample then take if off your bill if you buy there. Bridal Garden did the classy thing and got the dress without charging a cent! EVEN MORE AMAZING, is the the day we arrived the dress was being Fed-Exed to an employees home. She drove home and brought it back and made our day. I have to admit we ended up liking a different style they showed us better and we found THE DRESS on our first visit to our first shop. The veil and hairpiece they used for her to model are so perfect we are buying those when we go back to pick up the dress! I cant say enough about the kindness, service and extra effort this store has made. Were eager to make the trip back for our first visit with the dress! Thank you all, Ladies, you are AMAZING!

I cant say enough about the Bridal Garden and the wonderful ladies that work there. I got all 6 bridesmaid dresses and my own wedding gown there. Not only did they have a great selection but I always felt like top priority from beginning to end. My first appointment I had I was an 1 1/2 hours late (I felt so rude and embarrassed of course). Not only did they just take me in and not even mention it but by the time I found "the dress" I looked at the clock and it was 4:30 pm! This is much after their closing time. They were so attentive and patient I didnt even realize how long I had been there. Like I said, I couldnt say enough good words about the Bridal Garden. Highly recommended!

We returned after having a positive experience getting my mothers dress for my wedding. We were looking for a flower girl dress for my 15-month-old niece (not the easiest of customers!). The staff was so accommodating and helpful while we went through the process of getting a baby in and out of dresses. We all fell in love with the dress, including my little niece! At one point, there was a mistake in the process of getting it shipped to the store but the manager rushed the order, maintained thorough communication with us, and then personally delivered the dress to our house. We will very likely be back for my sisters wedding next year!

Both Karen and Elaine were super helpful during my visit today! I tried on close to 20 different dresses and both ladies were nothing short of kind, thoughtful and attentive. Finding the perfect dress can be overwhelming however I had a wonderful experience here with a staff which listened to my thoughts and well-versed in the abundance of dresses that are available to try on. Your best opportunity at getting the store to yourself would be a weekday afternoon where you would not be competing with other brides for attention and space. Check them out!

My experience was bad although thankfully a women named Karen stepped in an it got better. Even though I had an appointment they were very busy and working on other parties. Only one dress was pulled for me and it was extremely small. The women had no time to work with me about what I was looking for. Basically when I reached full frustration and said I was leaving and this was a waste of a drive another women stepped in. She was very helpful and I would recommend her, but I was not happy with my appointment.
