I had a pretty challenging time at another bridal salon and was so impressed with Allegria from the phone call. Every step of the way Julie went above and beyond to make me comfortable, feel welcome and even work through some family drama. I cannot say enough about Julie and the Allegria experience. I never felt rushed or pressured. The check out process was a little different I cannot remember the name of the woman I checked out with but she was curt and borderline rude and when I had a questions she treated me like I was stupid and in fact I later found out she was wrong on what she was insisting I was an idiot about. Over all a wonderful experience but the woman who checked me out was less than pleasant. After our bridal fitting we went down and tried on bridesmaids dresses forever and the woman in this department was also absolutely lovely, helpful, kind, and had a great sense of humor which more than made up for the five minutes of unpleasantness.

Allegeria Bridal was wonderful to work with. Barb was very helpful and accommodating. After trying on close to 30 different dresses at a hand full of other salons, I walked in to Allegeria feeling slightly deflated. Everyone was so friendly and kind to us. We really felt like we were part of the family. I had a very large bridal party, and when I brought my bridesmaids, jr bridesmaids, and flower girls all to get fitted, Barb and her team were absolutely outstanding! They rallied the troops, let everyone try on the dress I had selected and made everyone feel welcome and comfortable. My dress was everything I had envisioned and so much more. The wonderful staff at Allegeria really made me feel like a princess, and I could not be happier I ended up purchasing my dress with them. They are open, honest, and communicate with you through the entire process. Thank you, Barb and team, for helping me find the perfect dress for the perfect day!

My daughter and I went to Allegria in April to see a particular dress that was not carried anywhere else. Barbara was incredibly helpful, and even though we knew we had found The Dress, she totally understood that we would be keeping our other appointments. There was no hard sell or pressure, my daughter tried on several other dresses in front of the webcam for the out of state family, and we had just the kind of professional experience we would hope to find at an exciting time like this. A few days later, we returned for the dress, and we could not have been happier with the shop and the staff. Her alterations were beautifully done with expertise, patience, and pampering. We were never rushed, and it was truly a wonderful experience every time we went!

my Mom and I went to a few places, Allegria turned out to be the best experience for both of us. I wasnt sure about the prices at first, but they had dresses in my price range. There were two that I really liked, but I picked one and I absolutely love the dress ! The staff were all very nice and helpful, the shop is bright and clean and pretty. After I ordered the dress, my mom and I looked for a veil and headpiece in a couple other places. We ended up going back . The headpiece matched the beading on the dress perfectly and didnt look cheap like stuff we had seen elsewhere. It was important to me that everything worked together, and they understood that. I recommend this store if you want to look really good!

I went in to Allegria to shop for bridesmaid dresses. I had a list of designers and styles that I liked. First of all, none of the dresses have price tags. They have a book that they can look up the prices in, if you "really want to know". It seemed like they considered this an inconvenience. Now, I understand that we were there close to closing. I read somewhere that they are open until 5:30. However, even if this has changed and they closed at 5:00, we were still there by 4:45. They kind of just stared at us and waited for us to leave. I expected a different atmosphere from what I believe is a family-owned business.

Awful salon- I got a bridesmaid dress and the zipper was broken on it- a very simple thing that they should have been very willing to help me with, but instead the woman from the store said that it was probably my own fault since the dress was probably too tight (even though this isnt true, and theyve never seen me in the dress so she has NO reason to basically call me fat!!!). This shouldve been a simple fix, but instead I had to go find another store to fix my zipper for $25, when I already paid $250 for the dress. SO DISAPPOINTING!

We went today to look for my friends wedding gown. The place is very clean and neat. They even had cupcakes and water for us!They have different price ranges which the dresses are sorted by! My friend tried on dresses-none of which she was in love with. The girl helping us was nice but mentioned she was going to grab another dress for her to try on and check the clock-hinting she had another appointment waiting.

BEWARE!!!! They sold me a size 12 sample dress to a size 0 bride. I was also told I could not order a NEW dress because it was 6 months before the wedding. THEY DO NOT LET YOU TAKE PHOTOS TILL AFTER... and they did not disclose the size of the dress till you purchase it!!! They just wanted to sell it. Of course I bought a NEW veil and custom belt from them and they would not take any of it back...

A beautiful salon. I visited many of the boston area bridal shops but this one was my favorite. All of the girls are really helpful even though it is very busy here. I found my dress finally! it is so beautiful and I cant wait for it to come in. It is a designer that none of the other salons had so I was so excited to find it. Thank you allegria for finding my perfect dream dress!!!!

I cannot say enough about Allegria - the staff is amazing, the dress selection is amazing, their accessories are amazing. What a wonderful experience. I tried four other salons before I found Allegria, and all of them paled in comparison. The women are so friendly and accomodating. You will enjoy every moment you spend in this salon.

had a fantastic experience. julie helped make the dress selection process easy - with great input and an understanding of what i liked. there was also fatefully a trunk show that day of the exact designer I liked. fumi helped with the alterations that really accented the dress.

I was so impressed with everything about Allegria Bridal from the selection of gowns to the level of service, everything was amazing. I would highly recommend them, my gown was absolutely perfect. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for and made the process seamless.

The staff were amazing, Barbara in particular, the store was clean and neat, but the prices are threw the roof. Although not in budget i would recommend this store to any future bride.
