The only reason I am giving this shop 2 stars instead of 1 is because of Sandra, the consultant who helped me purchase my dress. When I came to this shop in late August, it was strictly to get ideas after getting a flyer in the mail and I had seen this shop had fairly positive reviews. The young lady working the front desk was incredibly unpleasant. I walked in with a girlfriend, nobody greeted us, and I just stood there awkwardly for a moment until she acknowledged me. She asked what I was there for, and I informed her I had an appointment to look at dresses with Sandra. She just said, "Ok, fill this out and shell be out." I was a little surprised. I didnt expect confetti to be shot at me by any means, but I was there to buy a wedding dress… a little enthusiasm would’ve went a long way. “Welcome in” or “When’s the big day?” or “Do you have any ideas yet?” would’ve made me feel a bit more comfortable. Show some excitement, and make the BUYER feel welcome if you expect them to potentially spend thousands of dollars. It was a weird start. We contemplated walking out while we were waiting, but eventually, I met Sandra and she was fantastic. This was the 4th shop Id been to, and she was by far the best to work with. We found my dress, (100% unexpectedly), and while it needs quite a bit of work, Sandra assured me the alterations I was requesting could be done. So I purchased the dress in full that day. I also informed Sandra she was the only reason I stayed, and she asked that I tell the owner that confidentially because she gets complaints about the atmosphere frequently, so I did. I made an appointment recently to return for an alterations consult. The wedding is about 10 months out now, and there’s a lot of work to be done on my dress. I arrived to the shop promptly at 10am, my appointment time and when the shop opens. After 20 mins of waiting, I asked the front desk of the shop if the seamstress had arrived. The young lady’s response? “Nope.” I then asked if they’d at least heard from the seamstress. Her response? “Yea, she texted.” I was blown away – this was not the same, unpleasant young lady I met on my first visit yet they were both equally rude. I replied, “Uh, alrighty. Mind if I ask what that text said?” The young lady looked at me and said, “Her ETA is 10:20.” I looked at my watch and it was 10:22, but I simply turned away and went back to pacing/waiting. Another woman who picked up on this all chimed in and said, “The seamstress is an independent contractor, so we have no control over them.” It took everything inside of me to bite my tongue. I bought my dress from THIS shop. As if my waiting wasn’t irritating enough (this shop is over an hour from my house), but for the shop employees to not ask if I needed anything, apologize for inconvenience, offer a water while I wait, try to provide a more detailed update, ANYTHING… that’s what was baffling to me. To make an even longer story short, the seamstress never showed. I walked out at 10:30, (with my dress by the way to go somewhere else for alterations), and even waited in the parking lot until 10:40 just to see if she showed. She didn’t. Perhaps it was terrible luck for me, as this place has decent reviews. But, if I had to give advice based on my person experience, I’d say stay far away. Everyone OTHER than Sandra took the excitement out of buying my wedding dress. And to Sandra, stay awesome!

PLEASE READ!!!! Ill do my best to explain this.. none of it is exaggerated so Ill say it how it is. If I could give zero stars I would. I wasnt even a part of the wedding party, but what I experienced in person with one of the employees is enough for me to leave this review. I am hoping it can persuade a future bride to go somewhere else for business. I remember her name being Natalie. My fiancé was the best man in the wedding and originally he was given his tux without his button down shirt (not sure how that could have been forgotten), but anyways he called up 125 Bridal and explained the issue and got nothing but attitude in return over the phone as if it was his fault that he never checked the bag. Mind you this was the day before the wedding and also the day of the rehearsal dinner. He didnt think to check the bag right away considering you would trust the people who prepped the tux for you. They offered to meet up with us to give him a couple shirts to choose from. This gave us some relief... at the time. Natalie was the employee that delivered the shirts to us. In all seriousness, it was a very high stress situation for everyone involved considering the time crunch we were under with having to travel over an hour to get to the rehearsal dinner. At this time it was 11:45 and we had to be at the rehearsal for 1:30. We explained all of this to Natalie and she knew how upset and anxious we were about making this rehearsal on time. We met her at a Dunks parking lot. We were conversing with her over the phone. She never answered any of our calls as she was on her way, but instead only texted us. Mind you she was driving at the time! Clearly she was ignoring our calls. That was already a red flag. She pulls into the lot, gets out of her car, slams her door, grabs the shirts, my fiancé asked "hey how are you doing?" Natalie literally said "fine" with a tone of course, handed my fiancé the shirts, made no eye contact what so ever, turned around and went back into her car saying nothing else. She reversed quickly and screeched her tires leaving the lot. At that point, I didnt know what else to do but laugh. Never in my life have I ever seen such an unprofessional manner from a grown woman. She knew the situation and how stressed we were about THEIR mistake.. she never apologized for any inconvenience and made us feel 10x worse that day. She never even stayed to make sure the shirts actually fit him correctly. She wanted no part in talking with us to make sure everything was good. She 100% did not care about us. I would be embarrassed if I were an owner and found out that one of my employees did this and treated customers this way with no respect. Her time as an employee at my business would be up and I would make sure to make it up to anyone who had to deal with her unprofessionalism.

Extremely bad customer service. We rented tuxedos for a buddys wedding, and going there in January, I was told by Natalie who Im assuming is the manager that its "ok" if the jacket was small and tight because I wont be wearing it that long. That was the first red flag. The day before the wedding, I decided to check the bag to make sure everything was good and I notice the white button down shirt was missing. Natalie, again..... was extremely rude. She met me to drop it off, never apologized for THEIR mistake and literally handed it to me, never said a word and legit burned rubber leaving. Tires legit screatched. She was the most unprofessional, rude person Ive ever dealt with. Every groomsmen in the wedding had issues with this place. If the owner sees this... you may want to consider hiring someone whos good with people and acts friendly. Natalie is a disgrace and a downright not good person.
