This is the place to go when you are in a pinch or need to be sure that things are done right!!! I have worked with a few members of their team and they all have the same approach to customer service...can do, will do...no problem! They are so very helpful and accommodating its truly refreshing! I hope that they read this because they deserve to know that their hard work does not go unnoticed! Thank you for all you do :)

The day before the scheduled delivery, I had to call to ask if the flowers could be delivered early in the morning. I prepared to give my order number, but the woman at Flowers by Webster recognized my name and recited the delivery address from memory. "Not a problem!" The flowers were prettier than the photo on the website. Delivery happened as promised. Such personal service and attention feels wonderful!
