I went to the Cobbs Corner store at 6:50 pm and asked if I could drop my phone off for repair, I wasnt going to take up too much time, but the employee says "not 10 minutes before we close". I could see he was with a customer but how long would it take to process a repair ?? There were 2 other people there, not sure if they were employees or not, but it was a rude reply and I commented "no problem, I will take my business elsewhere." which I did.

Manager Was great , very relaxed and comfortable . Did an insurance replacement , new employee Jeff was very good he was polite and helpful l . I felt actually cared and engaged by employees . Manager Ian assisting several customers and made sure Jeff was doing everything correct . I bought a case and got everything transfer over to perfection

Horrible customer service, not willing to help fix mistakes made by their partners. Employees are rude and condescending. i would rather drive 45 minutes out of my way than have to deal with this store again.
