Its always clean and orderly, the employees are really patient and informative but dont bother you if your just browsing. They have a few items like specialty charcoal pencils, smooth newprint sketchpads, and clay that I cant find at ACE Moore or Michaels. If your looking for something particular I would give them a shot. They will be more expensive but the service is way better and the selection is surprising good for such a small store. They also do framing, matting, can scan high-resolution shots of artwork and there is a printshop in the building as well.
