I wish I could rate this 0 stars. Dont ever go here for printing anything. The place charges you $3 as machine access fees apart from $0.15 per page for printing. I mean WTF is machine access charge???? Seriously!!!! Hello We are living in 21st century. If your age old machines doesnt have wireless printing, How can one print without touching machine?????? I guess the UPS has found new ways of making money. Here is my suggestion UPS which is better to make money than this, Why dont you rob customers when they walk in the stores instead of charging them hidden fees.

Theyve always been very helpful to me. Im not looking to make friends when I patronize the store , so I appreciate the [former] owners efficiency. The new owners are very nice. The staff member whos been there a while is extremely nice and always helpful. Plus, they also have a USPS drop off area. Unlike UPS HQ in Watertown, I dont dread going to this location and it certainly beats battling traffic getting to a Staples and the ensuing lines in the printing/copying area.

This place is EXPENSIVE! $1.20 for a stamped envelope? $3 just to touch the computer? I sent two posters by UPS ground. It cost over twenty dollars. This place is a pit of money and dying to take whatever you want to give them. The staff is fine, its the prices that scream gouging. Protip: Go to Staples.

Never been to a UPS Store before where they wouldnt print something for you and instead require you use their computer. Minimum $3 charge + printing fee. Dont think thats the right policy for the UPS Store.

I would not go to this store unless my life depended on it! I would drive out of state to mail something rather than go here again! The guy working here blatantly lies.

Find another UPS they will force you to purchase an entire roll of tape if you just need a small piece to close a box. Fed Ex has never done this to me.
