I picked up 3 packages today and the girl that waited on me should have taken a happy pill before work. First, she asked me my last name, I told her very clearly what it was and she said is that your last name, duh. Next it seemed like she wasnt to energetic about retrieving my packages. I finally was able to put my things on the cart and leave. IMO this seemed to be an employee who has never been trained in customer service and should send her to classes. I usually pick my packages up at another FedEx and am always treated with a smile. I know I will never use this store again!!!!!!

I was in a bind (no pun intended) on a sales hand-out project and the employee stayed late to finish it so I would have them in time for a meeting the next morning. Now thats service! And with the Print to Kinkos online feature, its so easy to order exactly what you want and feel confident theyll get it right.

My husband had to ship rather large and expensive items for the first time. These store employees worked as a team not only to help pack the items, but to save money in the process. Ask for Vicky , she was the one in charge.
