Wow--I have never been to a more friendly UPS store in my life. The service was expedient and the conversation was just an added bonus. A very, very great brother / sister duo running this business and though the pricing may be higher than the USPS, its worth every penny to not have to deal with the curtness / rudeness of the Bedford USPS.

Even if there was a closer UPS to my house, I would go out of my way to go to this UPS store because of how friendly they are! The gentleman there gave me a big smile when I asked him to get my fingerprints done for my new job. He just made me feel like my business was appreciated. I just wish every store I go to was like this!

The man was very quick and friendly and also offered to take a USPS package I mistakenly thought was a UPS package. I didnt mention this to him, but thanks to him I was able to go straight to visit my sick grandmother after work instead of waiting in line for the post office first. I will absolutely go back!!!

The people in the store are friendly, efficient, and eager to be helpful. You might think it was a new store trying to cultivate new customers, but the store has been here for a while now, yet the staff continue to provide that "new store" feel of welcoming and helpfulness.

I showed up 10 minutes after closing time (traffic) and the owner had just finished locking up. I wasnt even going to get out of my car, but she waved me over and opened back up just to accept my package! She was extremely friendly and provided wonderful service!

This stores hours begin at 8:30 on Tuesdays. I was one of 5 customers who gave up by 8:38 when there were no signs of life inside. Unforgivable for a storefront not to be open on time. Get more back-up if you need it.

This store has been my go to UPS store for the last two years. They offer excellent service and a friendly atmosphere. Be careful when you pull into their parking ares though because the area is congested.
