One star in relation to their printing services, wish I could give 0 stars: Needed to print a one page document. Called the store to ask how to do this -- Jim said the only option was to use their laptop there which costs $3 to use, and I would need to bring the doc on a USB drive. I asked if there was online printing -- Jim said no, which was astonishing in the year of 2015 so I checked online. Lo and behold, online printing was available. Submitted the order and called to confirm when I should expect to pick it up. Jim asked if I was the same person who called a few minutes ago -- I said yes and he promptly told me that online printing is not available. I told him I just submitted the order and the option was available -- he told me to wait while he asked someone else. Jim came back and told me it would take 6 hours to turn around the one page letter. I took my business to another UPS store on Main street (Watertown SQ) which said that the one page letter would be available in a matter of minutes. To top it off, their prints are half the cost of the UPS store above on Common Street. The UPS Store at 464 Common St, is not worth your hassle if you need to print something quickly and cost effectively.

This place is the worst shipping facility you can find anywhere. If I would know about its reputation in the town before taking one step into that nasty place, I would ever send anything with them. The package sat for a week on that store, only to be shipped after i came in to complain. The guy working there sent it right after I left with my doubt. They are liers, unprofessionals, they cheat on you, they do not care about you at all. When I returned a week later to get an update, then a new tracking number showed up on scene, magically, nobody knows why my package has a new tracking number. They really think costumer are idiots. USPS just confirmed that they scanned the package for first time on Sep. 18, when I left it on that miserable store a week before Sep. 12. Do you think we have got an apologize or any respecful reaction? No, they got caught, and they got mad on me, the costumer. F**k them all. I still have a beautiful life and enough money to buy them all including the store, you poor miserable skunk. Do not even want my money back, keep it to pay for your misery.

Not sure how to condense this long story into a short review - but Ill try. Yesterday the fellas there bailed me out - they did several favors all at once by confirming that a difficult package (being sent with a last-minute label emailed from the recipent) made it out the door. All told, after I left the building, they made three phone calls and sent two emails to to make sure it all went okay -- all to send a package that yielded little/no commission to them. Though these are the things any good employee would do to ensure a project gets completed, theyre not what I would expect from a "typical" franchisee. I hope others reward them with lots of business, too.

I cannot imagine what went wrong to trigger these vitriolic reviews, which have been double-posted which is highly unfair. I can only say that I have sent things many times from this UPS store and everything was received extremely quickly and beautifully packed. I also have found the staff to be as pleasant and polite as they are efficient. I have worked in retail my entire life and can only say that sometimes a customer exudes very unpleasant vibes which are responded to in kind by even the most willing workers, and I expect that is what happened to trigger these bad reviews.

I went here to print a return shipping label and mail a small package. Unfortunately, I was told that printing the label would cost me at least three dollars. Upon expressing my surprise (staples costs around 35 cents), the staff responded, "If you dont like it, you can go home and print it." Smug staff. Unfair prices. Ill take my business elsewhere.

Ive been very happy with this location. Ive sent probably 25-30 packages through here (shipping computer parts, and moving across the country soon), and everything has been handled well.All the employees Ive interacted with have been professional and friendly, and service has always been fast even with a large number of packages.

These guys have managed to screw up two simple shipments in the few times I have used them, most recently yesterday when a shipment with valuable contents mysteriously disappeared en route, probably never to be seen again. I cant decide if they and/or UPS are incompetent or just plain crooked. Either way, avoid!

New management has made this store consistently helpful and pleasant to use. I have a post office box there and receive great and consistent service. Its not easy to find places that are both efficient and human, but this UPS store is one of them. I recommend their services.

Had *very* helpful service at this UPS store today. The fellow at the counter gave useful advice, helped me carry in my boxes, and was generally very efficient and pleasant. Apparently they are under new management (since Dec 08) and it shows!

Very personable, and they are right next to the donut shop, so I always look for an excuse to come here. In addition to packing and printing, I drop off my pre-printed UPS items to them (for free) on a regular basis.
