I was told that they could do print jobs in 24 hours but, just to be safe, I went in and make the order three days in advance and was told the order would be ready by 4pm that Friday. I went in to pick up the order at 5pm on that Friday and the order hadnt even been touched. I started stressing out, as I needed the materials for a baby shower the next day and I didnt want to disappoint everyone. The associate I was working with at the time apologized profusely and continued to print my order on the spot, which I thought was great. She went ahead and put the order together for me and packed it all up nicely. She was extremely nice. The next day at the baby shower, I opened up the package and saw that part of my order was not there. I know I paid for 5 sets of items to be printed and one was missing from the box. We had one less game at the baby shower, which was not the end of the world ,but I did pay a decent amount for what I did not receive, which is unfair, so I called the following business day to ask for a refund and was told that I need to come back in with the receipt. I already tossed the receipt the night before the shower and I do not have the time to go back there and haggle with these people over the mistake they made! What kind of scam artist am I that i pay for 5 print items, just to "pretend" I never received one to scam a portion of that money back? Just give me the darn refund already! Terrible customer service. They disappointed me not once, but twice. Teach me to use these corporate print shops, not happening again.

After reading some of the other reviews I was dreading coming here to drop off a package and to send out my jacket for a replacement again. The parking garage/lot is fairly small and looks like its connected to an office park. I arrived around 7PM so the store was relatively quiet. I was worried that the staffed hours were over, since on the website this place is listed as open 24 hrs! There were two people at the packaging center and one of them was very helpful in helping me select the right size envelop and attaching the label to send out my jacket and other package!

I had an inconvenience with Lenovo trying to send my laptop over at their repair center, FedEx required that I had the UN number of the battery on the box so that they could can send it and they wouldnt if I didnt had that but Lenovo didnt had that number. The store manager tried to be polite in the beginning but lost his temper in the end, I was polite all the way to him.

Recently came here to have a photo enlarged. Ethan was INCREDIBLY HELPFUL, walking through photo choices, sizing. I returned multiple times to make sure my photo was right size and detailed enough before blowing it up. Great service.

Incredible service early this morning (5am) on a large format print job. Also was impressed with the self-print kiosk for smaller format documents. Pricing was pretty reasonable for the work done.

Understaffed. While this is a huge place, you only see 2 to 3 employees which makes the service slow.
