Ive endeavored 3 attempts at this FedEx location as I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt. After 3 attempts to redeem their awful, unprofessional and at times almost narrow-minded customer service I have come to the conclusion that they are just a horrible seed in the FedEx Corporation. Here are just a few things among the many that happened during my visits. 1. One guys cut me off mid-conversation to crack a joke with his fellow coworker. He said, and I quote “You know man, black women are crazy” he was referring to the woman who had just walked out to take her lunch break. 2. After I had dropped off a few booklets to be made they mentioned it would be ready a few hours later. When I called four hours later asking for an update, they stated that they hadn’t started yet because they had a question. At no point did they call or email me to get an answer to that question. When I asked when it would then be ready they said, “We told you before, it would be ready in a few hours and then they hung up on me.” 3. They messed up on one booklet and wanted to charge me for having to make another copy. 4. They ignored a whole line of people because they were chatting with one another for 5 minutes. 2 people ended up walking out. It’s a shame as they’re so conveniently located to our business but I will be heading the extra mile to go elsewhere due to the complete lack of any integrity from this store.

I flew in for a business meeting in Boston and ran out of time preparing my presentation and handouts before leaving. No sweat right? Just finish on the plane and print them out at Kinkos. I submitted my order online at 7:00pm, and was told it would be ready by 10:00pm. I called to see if it was ready and the phone just rang and rang, no one ever answered. At 10:30pm I walked to the Kinkos from a local hotel. I waited for almost 20 minutes while one employee did one job after another for another customer. I was never even acknowledged or told I would be next. When it was finally my turn, I was treated with contempt and told that my order must have been to another store... they supposedly when I provided an order number they then realized I had made (and paid for) the order online. They had not even started on it. I stood there for another 30 minutes while my handout were printed. I was ridiculed for ordering my copies with two staples on the side instead of one in the top corner. I finally offered to staple myself just to avoid the headache. My previously good impression for Kinkos just took a major hit. This employee would be a perfect case study in everything not to do, how not to treat a customer, and how to get yourself fired and put your store under. Unbelievably Bad Customer Service

I just went in today to see if I could print a 3 x 4 poster. I was in a rush, but having gone to other Fedex Kinkos in the past, I thought it probably would only take about 5-10 minutes MAX to print out my poster...I didnt even want it to be mounted. Guess what, just because I didnt look like a business-type kind of person, NO ONE, absolutely no one came to my service. I expect better from such an over-priced place such as Kinkos to at least greet and welcome me into their store. Nope, only after 5 minutes of standing around, did someone finally come up to me and say, "what do you need?" I said I just wanted to print my poster, and they, with a condescending tone, told me it would take at least 24 hours to make my poster. It sounded like he just wanted me to go away. Seriously, these people need to either be retrained or fired. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GO TO THIS FEDEX KINKOS TO PRINT ANYTHING!!! I hadnt gone across the street to the other Kinkos/Copy Cop, but I would suggest going there instead. At least theyd have better customer service.

The worst experience I have had in years. I wasnt able to use the self service to print. It seemed to work, but got stuck all the time. I wasted 30 min waiting for my disk on key to load but nothing happened. I tried to login to my drive, and also waited a long time and it was stuck. The staff never once approached to see why I am standing there like and idiot for 30 min, and when I did come to tell them that it doesnt work, they never apologized. They referred me to a computer which charges by the minute and charges A LOT on printing (when they referred me to the computer they didnt mention that it cost 37 cents per minute of use, not including the printing cost. I couldnt connect my USB to the computer either, making me spent expensive minutes on the computer trying to find the documents in my gmail. If you want to keep smiling, dont come here to print.

I just needed these clowns to hit "print" on a single document in an hour or less. I called ahead after uploading it & was assured that this simple operation was already in process. I went in and waited for over 20 minutes while the bozos behind the counter attempted (never successfully) to service a single customer who was ahead of me in line. I finally asked if one of them could perhaps help me and the now 5 people in line behind me. The guy then told me he "couldnt possibly" hit print on my simple document "for at least a hour - maybe not until tomorrow." This was on a SUNDAY with an empty shop. I can only imagine how these people deal with a busy day. DO NOT ENTRUST YOUR WORK OR ABILITY TO EXECUTE TO THESE PEOPLE. They DO NOT deserve it.

I have always appreciated the staff at this locations assumption that I know what Im doing when I walk in the door, and dont need them hovering. They are a laid-back, largely young and clearly competent group who, when you approach them with a question, are able and willing to help. I have had nothing but positive experiences here. I come in regularly when I have personal jobs I dont feel like printing at the office, or when my home printer is out of commission. And it is nice to have the benefit of suggestions by experienced staff that what Ive requested could be done less expensively by choosing another option. That builds trust.

Maria, the assistant manager was not helpful at all, in fact I feel like she had a very "as a matter of fact attitude" which I think is horrible for a customer service store. Maria found a way to tell me NO no matter what my question was, very unprofessional. Neal, the employee who helped me was great he really stuck it out and helped me to achieve my end goal. Kudos Neal but thumbs down to fed ex for having such an inconsiderate person in a position of power at their store.

Do NOT use this center unless you have all the time in the world and want to deal with lazy and slow-moving staff. During my office lunch break, I went over to pick up some boxes for shipping. I was directed TWICE to two separate counters just to find ONE suitable sized box for shipping, apparently because the staff could not be bothered dealing with me. The staff here are lazy and have no knowledge of the packaging on offer.
