The only reason I really shop here is because the prices are good with the sale and coupons. However the service leaves a lot to be desired. Electronics is the worst and very difficult to get anybody to help you. and once you get someone from electronics they usually dont know what theyre talking about. Jewelry is the second where youre lucky if you can find anyone there. And some of the cashiers are downright rude and ignore how you would like things bagged. I have a bad back and neck and cannot carry eight vitamin waters in one bag... for example.. and she acted like it was a huge deal to take a couple out and start a new bag.I have complained to the manager on more than one occasion however nothing has changed. I do not want to shop at these big chains you do not care about their customer service just about their bottom line. I am doing as much small business shopping as possible on a budget. Most of my beauty products I bought through my supplier of my company. And I get the benefit of getting all natural products which Walmart does not offer hardly any of. I would recommend going anywhere else if you can

Besides being a Walmart (which is already basically a 3-star cap), they were out of like 2 or 3 of the 10-12 things we were looking for. In particular, they (allegedly) carry Delimex frozen tamales but have been out of stock for over a month. When my fiancee called a week ago, the frozen foods manager she spoke to VERY ADAMANTLY insisted they did not carry any such thing even when she told him right where they were normally stocked. When we went in today, not only were they still out (no surprise), but the shelf tag had actually been MOVED to the next shelf up, with a conspicuously empty space above it. Funny how Walmart has a shelf tag for a product they "dont carry", and actually maintain the tag and its associated shelf space! Seriously Walmart, just fire this turnip (the guy had about as much intelligence, compassion, and concern as a turnip, and LESS professionalism) already and restock the damn tamales!

I found what I needed without help,but at the register there was a young man obviously not interested in his job or the customers as he did not speak to customers, he only fraternized with the two women Walmart associates sitting on the bench looking at their phones and chatting with him and the two cashiers behind him on the ONLY other register open at 11pm,then proceeded to completely ignore me further as he started speaking Spanish to the associate behind me in line and speaking Spanish to the cashier behind him on the other register. They acted as if they were at a party socializing with their friends and not at work. Again I stress associates at these sorry stores really should be made aware that if it were not for truck drivers like my husband delivering the products that NONE of them would have a job.

Very convenient to access. However, far to many times Ive driven up there to get specific items and the shelves are empty. If you not looking for a specific item, you might be fine and save a little, but if youre looking for specific item(s), you are likely wasting your time since it will be out of stock. This has happen to me SO MANY times that I buy all they have, or several if that item happens to be available at the time Im there. If you call ahead, youre likely to be on hold a long time. The store is just to unreliable regarding stock on hand. I cant drive up there every day hoping what Im looking for will be on the shelf that day.

People are asking about solar eclipse sunglasses and the person answering general store questions is very rude & abrupt & hangs the phone rudely. I dont care if she gets a million phone calls about eclipse sunglasses but she gets paid to answer general store questions & Im a customer. Because of people like me your items are sold out & you make money out of that, so I think she has to be reminded of her job functions. I called Walmart North Smithfield RI & North Attleboro MA & those old ladies answering the phones sounded miserable they should be retired. I asked to speak to a supervisor & none seemed to be available.

This Walmart doesnt even have an airgun or airsoft section. Small selection of ammo too: such bs that if u go to NH or a southern Walmart they have an array of firearms even shotguns, even coventry has B.B. Guns atleast but they dont carry any firearms or even airsoft guns anymore. I moved from Coventry and the only place that has atrocious aisles besides there is here hahaha. On Coventry they will have 10 people a piece in 2 isles and wont open a 3rd till people start complaining. This one is the same except 3 aisles are open and they are slower than the 2 or 3 in Coventry and thats a huge feet

The customer service counter was short staffed. I wouldnt have known how many people were supposed to be there except for the fact that two employees were talking about how they were short handed. When I was asked to be helped I told them I was there to pick up items purchased online. I was told the pick up for that was in the far corner of the building. Hows that for customer service? The gentleman at the pickup counter was nice and he was efficient. I picked up an item on the way to the back of the store so he rang that up for me and got me my online items.

I have worked here for almost a year and since than theyve had added self checkout which sometimes comes in handy but as always they always have a lot of registers but ONLY 3 people working freaking registers idk whats the deal with that and the managers are a**holes and the backroom is never organized AT ALL! the managers think they own the place when they really dont! They curse at you if your not up to par with there work pace, which is not professional at ALL! and its not 24 hours which is dumb.

You guys cant even afford a nice floor. My mom is scared of Walmart. Their is more people on the scooters then walking. No wonder why they are on scooters. Because they go to Walmart and Walmart sells food with fat and cocaine in their food so people get fat and come back for more because its addictive. The only thing good is their click pens. I am scared of Walmart because people fight in Walmart. Dont come here, it is like the south side of Chicago.

I came to buy a PS4 from here and when the lady took it out of the cabinet she dropped it. After I paid for it in the electronic section I went to leave and realized I lost my receipt and they refused to let me leave without it and when I went back to electronics they said I had to see a CSM at customer service and there they dropped it also and couldnt even find that I purchased the PS4 and still had to let me go. A waste of my time

I really hate this Walmart!! I live in Rhode Island and I called before coming to see if they would cash a payroll check and they said yes! So I came all the way here because its Sunday and my bank is closed and when I got there they said they couldnt cash it because I never cashed there before!!!! Lmao are you fking kidding me!! That dont even make sense. I guess their just used to that government chk!!!!
