Ocean State is a solid chain, and this location is no exception. Always the best in store selection of Bobs Red Mill (especially the gluten free things), Lundberg Rice, and Sam Mills products. While the seasonal items and special one off loads of things they get are often great, it is the reliable pricing and selection of staple foods that make me a regular customer. (Well, that and the great staff. The people who work there that Ive interacted with have all been lovely)

This Job Lot has really gotten much better in the last few years. When I first went there several years ago, it was the junkiest store Id ever been to. It made Building 19 look like Bloomingdale s. Its cleaned up and definitely improved.

Most things are cheap, but quality is often also poor. A good first place to check before buying basics (such as kitchen items or canned food) elsewhere, but not so great for things such as pet supplies or clothing.

You wont beat the prices and you can find some real quality items at times. Store can be a little cramped and cashiers can get backed up but staff have always been friendly and helpful
