Usually decent merchandise selection, but after visiting this store and many other thrift stores (both local and out of town) from time to time over the past ten years or so, I think I can safely say that this place has the most consistently poor customer service of any thrift store I visit. They are wildly inconsistent on their pricing (and are unwilling to haggle and come down when they overprice) and enact/enforce store policies that insult the intelligence and devalue the time of their customers. Beware!

I shop here regularly......you catch some really good buys. But sometimes the prices are questionable. I mean Im coming to a store where the items are used so I would assume that I wont pay full price payments. For the price of some items I might asleep buy an item brand new. But over all the staff is great, their customer service is great. Some employees nicer and more inviting them others.

This savers always has trouble with their cashiers. When there is a line longer than the register counter and they just look at you like you have 2 heads. as previous sales associate they really need to teach them better customer service skills.

Their prices are ridiculous..they have forgotten the items are used not brand new..i have found over all the providence location prices seem to be more reasonable.

This store is stuffed with good finds, and prices way better than locations in Warwick and Providence.
