We had an excellent customer service representative. When I told her what I was looking for, she took us right to the location. We looked at the choices, told her we were not ready to make our final decision at that time. There was no pressure to purchase, she gave us the price and her card. We came home, discussed it, and went back the next day to purchase the item. She is exceptional at her job. She is at the North Attleboro, MA store location and her name is Kristine Lacroix.

Bought sofa, chair with ottoman, coffee table and two end tables. Delivery people would not bring sofa into the apartment so we had to hire people to get the job done. Would never buy from this store again.
