Shopping for an engagement ring can be incredibly overwhelming and intimidating. After visiting over a dozen other jewlers, I found myself at Grono & Christie talking with Ari. Ari was extremely knowledgeable and personable. There was no high pressure sales pitch. Ari was genuinely invested in helping me find a ring that would make my her happy. I was looking for a new setting that could hold the diamonds from my late grandmothers ring. After reviewing dozens of rings and discussing what her expectations were, Ari suggested that we design a custom ring. After a discussion with Ari and meeting with their Goldsmith, they were able to send me the mock-ups and after my approval, they began work on crafting the ring immediately. The finished ring was perfect. She said yes and was absolutely in love with the ring. Her family and friends thought it was beautiful and it meant so much to her that I used the diamonds from my grandmothers ring and came up with the idea for the ring design myself. I cannot say enough great things about my experience. They will be my jewlers for life.

I have never worked with a jeweler before and didnt even know where to start looking. I am an East Milton resident and thought it would be great to give back to the town by going to Grono & Christie, especially after reading their reviews. It was the best decision I made. I cannot say enough how truly exceptional Bruce and his staff are. They are extremely knowledgeable and more than competent at what they do. From the very first phone call to the in-person visits, they always treat me as though I have been going there for years! They made me feel comfortable and explained every single detail to me. Ive been many times, sometimes for a jewelry appraisal, sometimes for a watch battery replacement. This last time I brought the winder of my watch which had fallen off the last time I went to change the date, and they were able to get it back on, quickly!
