My first experience with Joseph Gann Jewelers was back in 1992 when my then fiance purchased my engagement ring from these thoughtul and patient jewelers. I picked out the setting and my fiance picked out the center stone after careful consideration of many, many diamonds that were shown to us. I left knowing that I had the most beautiful engagement ring any woman could ask for. We returned to purchase our wedding bands and encountered the same professionalism, courtesy and great prices in 1993. Over the past several years, several pieces of jewelry have been purchased from Gann; pearl bracelet - necklace - earrings, diamond tennis bracelet, diamond earrings, and much more! Well, my marriage ended but Joseph Gann is still around - THANKFULLY - and I have returned again - this time with someone very special who expressed a desire to purchase me something wonderful. I was confident when I walked back into Gann after a few years absence that I would walk out a satisfied customer. I sure am! Absolutely the BEST jeweler in Boston. Hands Down. Trust me. My marriage didnt last but the Gann Family sure knows how to do it right! :-)

I heard that they were an authorized Hamilton watch dealer with a watch maker on staff. When I arrived I went straight to the point and asked for a band adjustment on two of my new Hamilton wristwatches. The gentleman who greeted me said that it is extremely difficult to do on stainless steel chain link bands, and on top of that their watch maker was out for the next five days. He also mentioned that it would take several hours and I would have to leave my wristwatches there with them in the morning and pick them up in the afternoon if I chose to do so on Monday. I left and walked a block over to The Watch Hospital where my bands were expertly adjusted in less than 5 minutes... inexpensively as well. Im not sorry to say that I wont be going back to Joseph Gann Jewelers.

Best experience jewelry shopping! I was shopping for an engagement ring. I had originally went to another store, and they had horrible salesmanship, so I went to J Gann, and one of the Gann brothers worked with me VERY patiently. As I am very picky, it took me multiple visits to find what I wanted, but again one of the Gann brothers helped me to find exactly what I wanted. Best salesman ship I have seen in a long time! He even called me with new ideas to help me lower the price and get a better ring! The end product was amazing!!! Went back to get re-sized with no extra cost or problems. I am going back for my wedding bands, and all my future jewelry needs!

Beautiful work, and WONDERFUL customer service and support (no matter the budget!) My husband bought me a sapphire pendant necklace for our anniversary. It so happens that the design my husband chose wasnt perfectly aligned with my taste. We went to JOSEPH GANN to inquire how we might adapt the necklace, and Joshua was, simply put, wonderful. Joshua spent well over an hour with us as I tried on a series of necklaces and stone arrangement options, and through it all he was kind, calm, friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. I cant say enough how appreciative I am of his help and his kind respect.

Twenty-nine years ago my future husband and I purchased my beautiful Tiffany engagement ring and wedding bands from Joseph Gann Jewelers. It was time to reset my diamond and once again we visited the store where Mr. Gann expertly assisted us in choosing a gorgeous new setting. Being that we traveled from Connecticut and that it was also my birthday, Mr. Gann graciously had my new ring ready later that afternoon. It was an excellent experience, and I will be back for a new pair of diamond earrings.

Josh is the best. We first walked into his family store years ago, before we were married and it was a blessing because we only shop for our jewelry here. Each time we worked with Josh we felt as if we were important and respected. This jewelry store is based on family values which is refreshing in todays world. Joshuas photo of his grandparents hangs in the store as a reminder of what they stand for and this respect for the customer was carefully handed down.

My wife and I visited Boston as part of our Silver wedding trip and we purchased a white gold wedding band which had to sized and delivered before we came back to Scotland , All the staff could not have been more helpful and the ring was ready for collection as promised on our return to Boston, They also sourced hard to get Hamilton Tonneau watch which was also available at the end of our trip, Many Thanks
