Persona Jewelers is my new long term jeweler because of three issues: trust, fanatical excellence, and kindness. I wont go anywhere else. First, trust: Gary listened to my concerns about not allowing my diamond out of my sight while I was getting a new setting. Many jewelers expect you to leave your loose stone with them while they take it in another room to set it. Gary let me keep my stone in my sight the entire time. Moreover, he took time to find and to show me the unique features of my stone, compare it with other diamonds and cubic zirconium so that I would be able to prevent any potential future deceit. Second, excellence: Gary working reminds me of a fantastic conductor rehearsing a fine orchestra to perfection. He is a master. Third, kindness: Gary had the opportunity to charge me extra after giving me his price, for a service that came up after, and didnt. His prices are not cheap, nor should they be for the level of work he does, but he isnt out to gouge the customer. It is rare to find all these qualities in one business (and his sales reps are nice, too). My new setting for my ring is strong and gorgeous. I will not be looking for another jeweler.

This business is terible and stay away from them. If you see the jewerly that you like is fine .It could be overpriced but you will have that you like. Stay away from this store if you need to do some jewerly work they will rip your off any possible way. It is happen to me they robbed me for about $2400 offering initially and charged for their design that appered to be not good at all.I pointed out that this work should be redone. They occused me in their poor design. Gary initially knew what should be done to make my jewerly look nice but decided to sell me some jewerly for this design that by his words were useless for him. Why he decided that I have to pay for useless for him and as appered for me parts of the jewerly ???? He refused to take them back and I have to pay for extra work. That make me to conclude that Gary and Margarita are dishonest people

Persona Jewelry was fabulous to deal with. Gary and his staff really know what they are talking about, and showed me how to get the best ring possible with the money I had to spend (showing me where to put diamonds so they arent wasted/hidden). At no point was there ever any pressure to buy, and no hassling phone calls about, "when are we going to make this happen." The ring they created for me is one of the most beautiful rings Ive ever seen, and is the envy of all my fiancées friends. Gary and his staff helped me get the ring done in the timeframe I needed, and even went the extra mile in helping me pick it up. I loved my experience with Persona and will be back to get the bands shortly. Thank you guys for all you did. If you need a ring, this is the place to go. Continued success in all you do.

Sam and Maria are amazing! My wife and I got our engagement and wedding rings here, and we went to five different shops before settling on working with Sam and Maria. This is because they do something different from every other diamond shop Boston - they actually listen to you. While other shops were busy trying to shove product down our throats, Sam and Maria took the time to work with us on an amazing design, gave us a price that was lower than any website, and made sure that the rings were ready on time. So for price, service and quality, this place is the best.

Excellent experience - After 14 years of wearing my original wedding band (which I unfortunately lost while swimming in the ocean this past summer), I was unsure of what type of band would be best as a replacement. My wife and I stopped by Persona the other day, and the Persona team helped me find a band that not only looks great, but feels and fits great. I am extremely pleased with the whole experience, and I highly recommend.

I agree they have some of the most beautiful and original jewelry in the Boston area. And Gary is extremely talented. For those reasons I may give them another chance in the future. But a recent attempt to purchase some christmas gifts for my family was made so difficult by the staff that I went to my prior jeweler out of state. Your mileage may vary though.

Persona Is TERRIBLE. They ripped us off. They switched our diamond on a engagement ring. They are nasty people even though they come off as your friend. Dont trust these people, or the people in the pierre hotel in NYC as well. Most DEVASTATING experience of our lives.
