Ive found my forever jeweler. We had a wedding band emergency (bought a band from a well-known big box store and it was impossible to use with my antique estate diamond engagement ring) and, 6 days before the ceremony, Jeff found a perfect band, had it delivered, had someone put 14 diamonds in the band, and I picked it up in stunning condition. He was thorough with diamond types, ring options, and pricing. He was kind, passionate about his work, and willing to make the seemingly impossible a reality. My wedding was a complete dream come true and I want to thank Rogers Jewelry in Quincy for being a part of it! Its the small, special things that make it such a fantastic memory for myself and my new husband.

Ive come here twice, once for a wedding anniversary gift and another with my wife so she could purchase a watch. Both were pleasant experiences and the staff is very friendly and patient. Their watch selection I actually found a bit limited being only Citizen and Seiko and much of the products being on the middle to lower end for prices. Both are fine companies that I like but I guess I was expecting some higher end brands to compliment. However they are an authorized dealer for both companies so that may come with the territory.

I had the good fortune to visit Rogers to get ring guards (to make the rings smaller) for my Moms rings. The people at Rogers Jewelry Store were so very helpful and kind. Jeff helped so much. He was gracious to my elderly mom. He had a comfortable sense of humor. He did the job quickly while we waited which was very important as I had my mom with me on the errand. The shop also gave a MTA (Massachusetts Teachers Association) discount- I am a member of the MTA. A great shop. Id go again.

Beware this jewelry store buys stolen jewelry and does not return it. My husband tried to purchase back my diamond that was stolen from my home. Imagine a store that will sell you a stone for your wedding day but will also purchase it back at a tenth of what you paid for it and then refuse to return it...We have recovered all my jewelry but my diamond and all the jewelers we cooperative, except Rogers! BEWARE!!!!!

I have traded with Rogers Jewelry many times over the years, and have always been able to find a great piece at a good price. The staff will treat you fairly, and they will go to great lengths to fulfill a request. Dont pay attention to reviewers posting false information in an attempt to discredit good people at a good store.
