RUDE. We were in the area doing a first look at engagement rings, and although I know where it lies on the jewelry market food chain anyway, there were minimal options within our reach, so we figured it was a place to start. Finally, after browsing for a few moments we just sat down at the counter and waited for someone to help us. A guy came over after and I told him a couple rings I was interested in looking at. In a "there there little girl," tone, he said, "Well look at one at a time!" As if he were reprimanding me. I was immediately insulted. Then he muttered, without even looking at us, "Would you like to finance something with us in the store?" WELL MAYBE IF YOU HAD ANY OUNCE OF SALES SKILL I WOULD!!!! there was not a single "Can I help you?" "What are you looking for?" or ANY type of greeting, just the question about financing. I am still appalled. He passed me a couple of rings then would go help others, but it was a relief when he left. I felt completely disrespected and did not want to give them a moment of my time. Never again. We were treated better at Macy*s and PIERCING PAGODA. This place should just be shut down.

I have purchased four items from Leo Carroll Jewelers. Mr. Carroll is an exceptionally amicable and competent man. His showroom offers jewelry for both men and women. I have found that Mr. Carroll and his family provide reasonably-priced standard items to the community they serve and stand behind what they sell. Do not expect original or unique designs by current artists; however, I have come across interesting vintage pieces. I purchased a lovely diamond-sapphire ring which was completely reasonably priced and when a diamond fell out, he replaced it free of charge. Whenever I ask Mr. Carroll about an item he doesnt feel comfortable providing, he knows where to send me. Overall, I recommend this Jeweler for reasonably-priced items due to his honesty and because he and his family are really nice people.

Over the years I have purchased a number of items from Leo Carroll Jewelers, including my wedding and engagement rings, earrings, and a sapphire and diamond ring. The service has always been fabulous and the prices are outstanding. Leo Carroll Jewelers is a "traditional" jewelry store. If youre looking for one-of-a-kind, hand-crafted jewelry, you wont find it here. But if youre looking for wedding or engagement rings, gemstone earrings, and the like, this store is definitely for you! Anyone who knows Cambridge already knows about Leo Carroll Jewelers and knows how awesome they are!

I cannot say enough great things about Leo Carroll Jewelers. I have been going to them for many years, and have truly had the most excellent experience each and every time. Most recently, I went with my boyfriend and they helped us pick out a beautiful claddagh ring. During this visit, I also asked if they could help me resize one of my watches, and they took several links out of it for me while we were picking a ring. The service here is impeccable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and kind jeweler that can be used for years to come.

I have had the privilege of shopping at Leo Carroll Jewelers on several occasions. I was first introduced at the age of 16 and here I am at 27 still doing business with them. They are a family run operation and treat everyone as such. As soon as you walk through the door you will be greeted with a smile and warm atmosphere. They have a wide selection of jewelry and it is stunning. I would recommend Leo Carroll Jewelers to my family, friends, coworkers, or anybody for that matter.

Ive been going to Leo Carroll Jewelers, a family run store, for many years and have always had an excellent experience. Most recently, I purchased a pair of earrings and a dragonfly pin for my mother as well as having a ring resized. The owners are never pushy and always allow me to take my time in deciding.
