My mom shopped here when I was growing up in the 80s. I recently moved back to the area and began shopping here myself as an adult. It hasnt lost its charm. Its a health conscious store run by an incredibly lovely family. They are very educated about health and the items they sell, including where their food is sourced. They are always ready to research and order items that they havent started stocking yet. The produce is impeccably fresh and well cared for. Things like fresh organic Brussel sprouts can be hard to find including at Whole Foods but this little shop always has a small stash on hand. I like to shop here first before going to any big chain because I believe in small businesses especially those that contribute to the health of the community. I highly reccomend this shop!!!

A surprising little place. Its family owned and they obviously care about their products and are knowledgeable. Some prices are comparable to other places but some things you could get cheaper elsewhere. They dont have the volume of product to do your weekly shopping but you could pick up some smaller additions to your regular shopping and some harder to find items like local honey.
