The Green Grocer is home away from home. A place you can count on to be consistently in-stock of all of your favorites from bulk items, produce to supplements. It is a gem! The staff is amazing, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and charming, each brings their own uniqueness to the table setting the Green Grocer apart from all the rest of the Organic stores in this area. You leave a smile, a basket full of the best and you feel welcome, wanted and important from the second you enter the doors until the moment you leave. This store sets the bar for perfect customer service and I recommend The Green Grocer to everyone I know. This is local business done right with passionate people that really care behind the counter! I was shopping at Stop and Shop in Dartmouth Ma and could not find a gluten free product that I needed for my family. I had been looking for awhile and my young child was getting inpatient. There was a young woman who over heard me who was shopping in the same area and told me to try your store to find what I was looking for. She said she worked for you and told me exactly where I could find the product in your store and recommended a few other gluten free products as well that I could find on sale this month. I just left your store and was amazed that not only was she right about what was on sale but I found what I needed and more. Not sure of her name but I thought you should know.

Our household is totally gluten free out of necessity, a family member has celiac disease, due to this there are certain things I can only get at specialty stores. As we all know typically these smaller shops tend to have higher prices, not so with The Green Grocer. I -always- find what I need and if I have a request for something not in stock they happily order it for me AND the prices are excellent! Everyone in the store is very knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and it is always a pleasure to head in to pick up the things I need!

This is the perfect place to find the usual and the unusual, the ordinary and the extraordinary, some info and the knowledge about what and how to pick and prepare products and produce for the health and fun of it every day. Omg...andrea helped me pick out new foods to me..chia seeds, hemp hearts and jahmu chai..im love them all.my energy is up in just a few days....she was very nice and smart..not pushy,,,, just kool...very educated.i appreciate all of the help..sincerely jill

I always feel welcome from the moment I walk in. Product selection is excellent, and staff are willing and able to make recommendations when requested. More than a grocer, more than a health store- it is my favorite food and health place.

What a delightful place to shop! Fantastic selection of natural foods, organic produce, nutritional supplements, and yummy treats! Prepared foods (soups, wraps, salads) are exquisite. Staff is super friendly and helpful.
