Went to register and the female associate was typing on her phone while i was standing there waiting for her. she finally put her phone down and rang up my things. she said these items are buy one get one half price, so i picked up another. then i noticed the price she was ringing up was 39 when the sign near item said 29, and this was my third time buying this product at 29 and the online cost is 29. when i pointed this out to her she said its because of the Buy one deal. i then told her that the 39 plus the half being 19, is the same as if i purchased the 2 at the reg. price of 29 so where is the deal. she then said that the price is actually 39, and that she hadnt had time to change all the new pricing in the store. I told her that was false advertising. She then said ahe would put it in for the 29, but then charged me 29 for each, and never gave me the deal of buy one get one half off. She had a bad attitude from the start with texting while a customer waited.
Let me just start this out by saying, Ive worked in retail . I get the stressful part. I am 1 week new to the area and was calling to get a picture of where they might be located. Very gruffly somebody answered; not with a hello can i help you, but with "were not even open yet" . I asked what time do yo open. and he said "we are not open yet" i can see the manager is really interested in obtaining new customers and meeting sales goals. This is "BULLSHIT" Im going to FoodsPlus
Lady behind counter did ask if needed help But after i was done getting my stuff i headed to the counter she was busy on her phone placed my products on counter she then noticed me After that she tried getting me to do the gnc gold member I told her i was gonna think and she kept trying to push it on me Im not gonna shop there again Im not going to a store to be pressured into buying products

I will NEVER set food in this store again. The manager Nate is the rudest customer service person I have ever had the displeasure of running in to. He is un-friendly, un-helpful, and down right rude. I have always been reluctant to buy suppliments on-line, but I will do that from now on.
Assistance I received was great & helpful. I have a nut allergy and the sales clerk helped find new protein bars I can now get! When checking out she noticed my past purchases were for a different flavor item. Saved me a return trip. Thanks
This guy Nate that people refer to no longer works there. Ive gone into the store numerous times and the employees have always been friendly and helpful.
The manager Nate is very Rude and sarcastic. I will never go back there again. I mean, to any GNC store. I called the 800 to complained.
The manager Ryan was exceptional. Knew what he was talking about. Definitely will visit again!
