This place is badly managed. Three times have have gone here they had no coffee! No coffee at a coffee shop!!!! They said I could wait 10 mins for it to brew. When they do have coffee they never have dark brew. I dont like this Starbucks. Go up the street to the Starbucks at target... at least they have coffee!

Came in with baby in tow. 3 people that came in after me got their drinks before me. Waited about 10 minutes and it was not very busy. Finally I asked about my drink and the guy gave me an attitude and didnt even apologize for the wait. Not my typical Starbucks experience.

Having App "BUMPS YOU AHEAD" of the typical MALL CROWD. Very clean, Friendly & Accommodating Staff, plenty of space, FREE Wi-Fi. Located on Bottom Level (near Pennys & Sears).

Good as any Starbucks. Inside the mall. Park near lower level JC Penney entrance, or the back small entrance to get to it quickly.
