I dont have a coffee from here often but when I do I consider it a treat. Most of the time Ill either get one of the two girls (I think one of them is named Randi) and they always make my coffee the way that I want in a timely manner. Today was just aweful....I go in and wait in line. The woman helping in the front was just slow and would keep talking to the customers. I previously worked at a Dunkin Donuts for almost 3 years and I learned how to multitask while moving fast to get whatever the customer ordered. She did not. On top of this regulars who came in got their coffees ahead of me while I waited for 15 minutes to get 2 coffees. The woman in the front asked me if I wanted anything else...I kindly said no considering that I waited so long. I also didnt leave a tip and went on my way fuming. I will no longer recommend this place any longer.

I would probably venture more on 3.5 stars, but rounding up for good measure. This is one of the only coffee shops besides Dunkin Donuts in the nearby area and it serves up a pretty good cup of coffee. A variety of flavors like sugar cookie and some other crazy combos can be had for standard hot or iced coffee. They even have specialty coffee concoctions which is what I tried (candy bar- chocolate, caramel and peanut butter). This is not to be confused with an espresso based drink, treat it how you would order your iced coffee, but skip the sugar, its pretty sweet! Its a little confusing to find since their neighbors advertise their cash for gold banners all around the building with awnings and posters. Its nice they have a drive up too if youre in a rush! Also if youre using a debit or credit card they do charge 50¢ if you are under $5.

Dont go here. Every time I come here I have an issue. No customer service. They argue with you and tell you youre wrong when they make a mistake. Dont get me wrong the flavor and the creativity of this place is great, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. If I could give this place a no stars I would. The girls there are rude. When I called and made my complaint and told them I wont be coming back she told me "okay cool, bye" thats NOT how you take care of a business! This place needs all new workers.

Great coffee and great wraps and sandwiches (the buffalo chicken wrap is the best) However, the service is extremely slow. One day, i stopped in at 9:30 and i had to be at work for 10 and i ordered a wrap and a coffee and my wrap was not ready until 10:20!!! Other than the poor customer service, this place does have amazing treats but i would reccomend the one in Cumberland. It may be another 10 minutes to drive but i guarantee it will take the same amount of time.

I go here ALL the time. They never let me down, always get my coffee exactly how I want it. I also love their macaroons I used to make them when I went to Beacon Charter High School and the macaroons that Coffee Connections sell taste exactly how we used to make them. But Coffee Connections is pricey $$$. They should lower their prices.

Coffee is better at Dunkin Donuts. Expensive for what you get. We ordered a latte, mocha and 2 muffins, $15. Coffees were weak, weak, weak! So disappointed, was looking forward to finding a great local coffee shop.

Decent iced coffee. Sometimes it takes awhile for them to make sandwiches and drinks. Willow Tree chicken salad is always nice to see on a local business menu. Offer non lactose milk options.
