Very good coffee & VERY HIGH PRICES!! Usually very good customer service. If you use their mobile app to pay it will send you a push message letting you know "tipping is available for another hour" in case you want to leave another tip. I think this is a bit inappropriate, but thats just my opinion. Had to have my coffee with espresso remade 3× today but it was still good just more bitter than usual. I like this Starbucks, I just wish the prices were a little lower & I wish I could get frapuccinos in the extra large "trenta" size nut they wont allow it. I guess you get what you pay for (quality coffee/espresso) but its still overpriced imo. I can only afford to visit a few times a month. Its good nearly every time.

Half the time they get your order wrong at this particular location, which is infuriating as it is a drive-thru next to the highway, so mistakes are often final. The speaker outside has been broken for months and they wont fix the low volume, making it hard to order. I also find them rude often enough to comment on, and unapologetic about mistakes. If at all possible go inside to supervise your order, but parking is almost always a nightmare in the tiny, crampt lot. Better yet, head to the Leominster Target which has a great, roomy Starbucks cafe inside.

I just love starbucks! My favorite is the cold brew! This place has a drive through and is very clean. There are plenty of seats and even a large table for groups. Lots of room to move around and fairly quite even when its full of people. The service was very friendly and helpful. I will be coming back here again.

I visited this location for the first time on Saturday, July 13, 2013. My beverage of choice is a Vanilla Chai Latte with Caramel Drizzle inside and on top! I love this drink. I cannot recall the name of the person the prepared it but...pure perfection! Great job ladies...and gentleman ( I only saw one.)

The staff at the location are WONDERFUL! Always pleasant and never a hint of attitude. The drive-thru service is speedy, if only the customers in the cars understood that and moved as quickly as the staff. Hint, hint, hint!

The atmosphere is not as good as other Starbucks - they botched the renovation for sure. In the winter, the single door without a foyer allows cold air to rush in. Usually loooooooong lines at both the drive thru and inside.

This one is a good one for going inside. Its also just right off the highway. The birds from the passing cars sometimes makes it hard for the barista to hear or vice versa, but overall a satisfying place.
