I purchased the silhouette cameo and it has been a complete waste of money. The tutorial DVD was not helpful at all. Not to mention the tutorial DVD has an outdated model......it makes sense to upgrade your tutorials using the current model. The girl from customer service was very short, unprofessional and rude. This device is a joke.I had a beautiful design that I had set up to print out and all this machine did was cut a straight line. Dont waste your money

Happy customer! I preordered the Silhouette Cameo 3 through SwingDesign. It was one of the best deals out there and they communicated to me throughout the waiting period. I got mine sooner than most people who preordered through other vendors. Whenever I call they are quick to answer and help you. Would recommend!

Bought a Shagreen jewelry box from Swing. I was a little nervous spending $500 on it. However once I received it I was so happy with the purchase. Beautiful piece. I also recently received a silverware box from Crate & Barrel and realized they made that too. love them both :)

Placed order on 11/30 with 5-7 day shipping. Today is the 12/10 and still dont have package, it didnt even get shipped until 12/7 from the opposite coast....tracking info says it will not be delivered until end of business on 12/14. Not a word from the company themselves.
