I couldnt be more thrilled with my experience with this A.C. Moore, especially their designer, Gloria. I recently got married and I owe my gorgeous bridal bouquets and center pieces to Gloria. While planning my wedding, I was looking for frugal flower options. I decided to go with artificial flowers, but I really valued how they looked, as sometimes they can come off tacky. I randomly went into this A.C. Moore and saw the deal to buy flowers and have them designed for free. Right away, I could tell Gloria was going to be a life saver. She immediately gave me all kinds of ideas and started designing something after I showed her pictures of the types of centerpieces I was looking into. She listened to my vision and really brought it to life, while remaining understanding of my budget. She ended up creating the most beautiful centerpieces and bridal bouquets I could ever ask for. No one at the wedding could tell they were fake. In fact, everyone raved about them and asked who designed them. Gloria went above and beyond in her effort to create what was truly artwork. I am so impressed with Gloria, I will go back to her any time I need anything designed in the future and I will continue to recommend her to all of my friends and family. This is a really nice store. They have just about everything I have ever needed for projects. Spacious and bright. Friendly staff. Wish it were closer to my house. No bike rack. Not sure how convenient it is by public transit. Wheelchair-friendly, I believe. It looks to be, anyway. No really good thread for tatting. I was hoping for Lizbeth thread.

I have been coming here since it was called Ben Franklins! I love a.c. Moore and the people who work here are knowledgeable and friendly. Its everything you hope for going into an arts and crafts store, and its less commercial and stiff than Michaels. I think the gentleman Benny, is the store manager. Great guy, very helpful and friendly!

This store has everything I could ever want for an incredible price. Way less expensive than Michaels for the same exact product. AC Moore is the greatest. The service at this store isnt too great, but its worth it
