Since the location has changed the prices are up and the employee moral is down. Not only did the one male working there today not know they sold resin for projects...he literally acted as if he did not want to work there. Very surly and kept glaring at me. There was no one at the counter when I got there but the employees acted as if I were interrupting their conversation to get rung up. I asked about store coupons and tried to find one before getting hurriedly ring up to get rushed out of the store. I asked when I found the coupon would it be too late to apply it...mind you no one else was ringing out and there were three workers at the counter..The clerk acted as if it would be a huge deal to do a refund and re-ring..all in all youd be better off going to Hobby Lobby where not only are the employees helpful..but they are actually in a good mood. Also Hobby Lobbys prices are 15-20% cheaper and coupons are easily looked up as opposed to having to rely on an e-mail..or store fliers no one bothered to put out. If you go into this new Michaels...good luck finding any friendly faces or real help.

I was just at this Michaels this past week and a young woman named Desiree helped me out. I couldnt find the ribbon for some reason (I kept circling) And instead of trying to tell me where it was, she actually walked me there. It was awesome, because I definitely would have missed it again had she not shown me. She ended up being the one who rang me out also. I had an annoying return since a whole collection of things I bought the week before went 60% off. She didnt act annoyed and was friendly throughout the entire transaction. I wish more sales people had her mentality. Thanks Desiree!

While I felt the selection was good, I wasnt impressed with the prices. I was in a competitors store last week & found many of the same or similar items nearly double the cost. The flow of shopping was easy, checkout & parking were easy as well. I work hard for my money & will head to Salem or Nashua next time.

Worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Why waste my money with them when I can take it to Joanns or Hobby Lobby right up the road. Rude assistant managers. No thanks.

Great craft selection! A bit lacking in yarn variety. Excellent customer service! There was a huge line and it only took a couple of minutes to get to the register. Keep up the great work guys!

Cashier was very helpful with my smart phone. I had my Michaels coupon pulled up on the phone, but the phone was giving me troubles. The cashier was right there to lend a helping hand!
